Im UG befindet sich ein geräumiges Bad mit Dusche, eine Küche mit kleiner Sitzecke und ein Wohnbereich mit Schlafcouch. Im OG, welches mit der Treppe zu erreichen ist, ist der Schlafbereich mit einem Doppelbett & 2Einzelbetten versehen. Nach einem Tag am Strand kann gerne gegrillt werden. Wir freuen uns über Familien, Paare & Freunde, die die Insel erkunden und die 7 Fahrminuten entfernte Ostsee erleben wollen!

It is very quiet and can be the starting point for hiking or cycling trips in the beautiful surroundings. Our house offers optimal comfort for 4 guests and is equipped to a very high standard. We rent a cozy cottage in a quiet location. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.
