Die einstige Tagelöhnerkate wurde im Jahre 2017 komplett saniert. Der alte und gemütliche Charakter des Hauses konnte dabei erhalten bleiben und so besticht es durch sein Fachwerk, die zum großen Teil original erhaltenen Mauersteine und das Reetdach. Der Charme des Hauses wird durch eine gehobene und moderne Ausstattung unterstrichen, so erwartet den Urlauber beispielsweise im Bad eine Whirlpoolwanne. Selbstverständlich wurden beim Bau nur sehr gute Keramiken und Natursteinfliesen verwendet.
