A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

Fantastic location and spectacular views of old town Zadar!! Top floor with a lovely kitchen and expansive balcony. 110 stairs up to the top floor are quite a challenge but well worth the effort. Really a nice apartment. Parking is a bit of a challenge though.

We had the perfect break in this lovely little apartment. The location is perfect, quiet but close to the beach. There is everything you could need in the apartment, Immaculately clean big shower room. Stunning views from the terrace.

Best of Our experience on airbnb. To say that Tomislav is a good host is like saying nothing! Tomislav is always there to help, to meet all expectations of guests, and even exceeds them. We arrived to the apartment very late with a small child, Tomislav himself offered us a ride from the airport and even to our surprise, he "filled" the refrigerator in the apartment. He was always close when we needed it, helped my husband rent a car, he offered rakija, homemade oil, gave tips, extended the checkout time, and above all, devoted his private time to make our stay even better. The apartment itself is located in a quiet area overlooking the sea. Everything is new, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. An additional advantage is the great terrace with a breakfast table, rest and even sun loungers. It is worth adding that on the ground floor of the building you can use the washing machine for free, which is a really big amenity for families with children. We will definitely be back

It was such a lovely place, 11/10! This apartment is perfect for someone who wants to wake up and go out for a nice and relaxing beach day with amazing views. There were resturants that were super nice with good food a minute away walking and a small shop where you could buy essentials like shampo, groceries, etc (everything you might need). The buss station was right outside the apartment where you also could go to Pag (very nice beaches) and Zadar centrum (old town, shopping, beaches), both are super nice plces that everyone should visit. But honestly, the host made the experience perfect for us. She was so kind, our buss never arrived and she offered to drive us to Zadar (30km). She is so kind, helpful, caring and much more. If we are ever nearby again, we will stop here for a place to stay 100%. I so much recommend to book with Suncica, because this apartment is exactly what you are looking for. Superb accommodation near the water (accessible via small path and stairs from the terrace). The apartment is new and the owner is developing the 2 apartments above. Plus, Ive kindly lent us 3 bikes. There's a very good restaurant in the village "Antonio" where the fish and meat dishes are excellent. For sightseeing, central location 30 minutes from Zadar, 1h20 from Plivitce, 20 minutes from Paklenika, 1h30 from Split… We had a great time and are ready to come back?

We loved our stay in this beautiful spacious home. There was plenty of space and everything was spik and span and well equipped. The host was quick to respond to questions and also the check-in and check-out went smoothly. Recommended!

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

The apartment was really nice and well-equipped. We were lucky to be the only tenants in the house for the whole week and we got to keep our little beach to ourselves. It was good to communicate with Stipe and the apartment was also very nice and the sea view was just amazing. It should also be mentioned that the outer wall of the house was 3 meters away from the winding road and about 100 loud motorcycles were roaring past the house every day. Sometimes the atmosphere was like being on a racetrack. It was quiet and comfortable at night. The water was wonderfully clear and the backyard was a great place to swim.

Beautiful house with great pool and fully equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful hosts who responded quickly to questions or comments every time. Small or slightly larger supermarkets are a maximum of 5 minutes away. Restaurants are also not far away. Nevertheless, the surroundings are always quiet and you can enjoy your vacation without any problems. All in all, there is nothing to complain about and I recommend this place to anyone.

There were eight of us at this great location! Marijo and his team did a great job. There were great records for the reception as well as fresh cookies. He also found out if everything was okay with us. He also came to clean the pool in the week, which is just great as well as a day before departure he brought us a lot of wind bags in general. We found the location super, it is super quiet there and it is simply recommended to take his vacation there thank you for this great wonderful vacation!

I was very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful villa and I am completely thrilled! The first step into the villa was a real highlight: everything was incredibly clean, stylishly furnished and you immediately felt at home. A special thank you goes to Matteo, who really thought of everything. The villa was fully equipped, you didn't have to bring anything from home. I had a few things with me, but that was completely unnecessary in retrospect. There was really everything you need for a relaxed stay. Matteo was also always available and immediately took care of everything if you needed something. Such hospitality is rare! I would recommend this villa without reservation. It was an unforgettable beautiful stay. I'd love to come back!

Spacious apartment with a view. The rooms where cozy and clean. the kitchen has all the amenities you need, and the host left some drinks for our first stay. The location is very beautiful, 20-30 mins walk to the city center, right at the sea side. There is a small grocery store right on the corner and a tasty pizzeria 10 mins away. The host was friendly and gave us some local tips on what to visit. Very responsive. I would come back again!

Staying at Kristina's apartment in Bibinje was great. A beachfront home. Contact with Kristina is sensational and immediate. My wife and I were there for a week and it was great. Shops nearby, bars and restaurants. The beach is clean. Hassle-free accommodation and check-in. The apartment was very clean. There was everything you needed and more. A great surprise from host Kristina is delicious pralines and tincture that were waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived. We'll definitely be back!

My family and I stayed with Marijana at the end of September. The place matched the description and was a relaxing experience with the pool. Our hostess was very warm, helpful and even regularly brought us fresh fruit from her garden and helped us with many great tips for the area. Unfortunately, the location of the place is not really central. In the surrounding villages there are small beaches, but you should consider having a car for exploration, as it is very quiet nearby and you have to drive a little further out for more action. Nonetheless, it was a great stay and we say goodbye gratefully from Vrana, Croatia. ❤️
