We had a fabulous 4 day stay. Our host Linda went above and beyond in ensuring our stay was comfortable. We went down for Christmas and we forgot all our meat at home. Linda organised with a local butcher to help us out with the meat. She saved our Christmas. She was always available whenever we needed assistance. We will definitely be going back. The drive from Dullstroom to the lodge is a bit challenging, so prepare yourselves for a nice scenic gravel road drive.

We travelled 3 families (12-61 years) together. The farm is beautiful and interesting. Teaming with wildlife and game. If you get the chance, go for a sundown-gamedrive. The views of the farm from the hills are breathtaking. A special thanks to the people who patiently and knowledgable guided us through game-drives and hunts. We hope to return to this place!

Wolly bugger farm is truly beautiful - the sunsets were spectacular. We only stayed for a weekend but wish we had a more time there. The cottage is very clean and cozy with everything you need. We planned a last minute spontaneous trip, and Steph was on the ball! Quick to respond and had everything ready for us. The place is so beautiful, and peaceful, we definitely recommend the hosts and the gorgeous cottage and location. Overall, everything was amazing and made our spontaneous trip so much better!

Rueby’s place was amazing, it felt like we were in the middle of nowhere because it was so peaceful. All we could hear were birds singing and our laughter. The home is stunning and spacious with a beautiful patio and garden where we spent most of our time. The host was proactive, friendly and so warm. We’ll definitely be back

Great place to switch off and unwind. Lots of peace and quiet, with views over both farm fields and the little dam right off the enclosed Patio. We felt at home immediately, would love to go back soon. Dewald’s communication was always very responsive and helpful, and he immediately jumped in to help us out with our car’s dead battery.

What a lovely relaxing place, I wish we had stayed for more than one night, but we were passing through on our travels to Kruger. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay!! Surrounded by nature and peaceful walks on our doorstep. The house was filled with books to read, and art to admire and my two-year-old son loved the garden. It had everything we needed for our stay. This was just what the dr ordered. Beautiful little cottage with the most beautiful surroundings. Dee is a most gracious host. very friendly and helpful. The cottage has everything that one needs - fully equiped kitchen, comfortable chairs and a little oven that makes the living room nice and toasty. This is highly recommended if you want to sit back and relax!

I have been fortunate enough to stay at three of Holingsbergs properties and I can recommend all of them. Close to Dullstroom, good fishing in well stocked dams and cosy and comfortable cottages.

30km outside of Dullstroom....but such an amazing place to stay! Our only regret is that we ran out of time to fully explore the trails. The cottage had everything we needed (except a fan) and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the middle of the forest.
