Absolutely perfect peaceful getaway! Beautiful surroundings, plenty of space to walk with the dogs. Perfect place to curl up with a book and read to my heart's content. big bonus that there is no cell phone signal. Spacious and fully equipped. Very pet-friendly!

We had a fabulous 4 day stay. Our host Linda went above and beyond in ensuring our stay was comfortable. We went down for Christmas and we forgot all our meat at home. Linda organised with a local butcher to help us out with the meat. She saved our Christmas. She was always available whenever we needed assistance. We will definitely be going back. The drive from Dullstroom to the lodge is a bit challenging, so prepare yourselves for a nice scenic gravel road drive.

What a beautiful time we had with family The host was super responsive, lovely and friendly. We had everything we needed for the trip . The cleaning ladies were so lovely and helpful. We had the place cleaned everyday and our fire wood topped up . I would recommend this home to anyone thinking of having a peaceful, private, beautiful stay . We had the most wonderful anniversary trip at Trout River Falls. Steph is an amazing host; so helpful and friendly. The setting is absolutely breathtaking. We did the short hike to the top of the waterfall, which was the highlight of our stay. The units are even better equipped than we were expecting, with everything you need for self-catering and more. We visited in the middle of winter but stayed so cozy in the unit with electric blankets, and the fireplace lit. Would DEFINITELY book again.

It was an absolutely amazing stay at the farm house. The place was clean and beautifully set out. The kitchen had everything you could need and the bathroooms were spacious and the water pressure was amazing. Our little one ran herself tired every day looking at the cows or the chickens while my wife and I spent most of the days relaxing, taking in the beautiful scenery. This place really helps you forget about the city. It is quite far away from any shops so make sure you bring whatever you need but it's also being this far away from things that makes it special. Our whole family really enjoyed it and will certainly be back.

Lisa and Kobus place was fantastic stay for our family. We really enjoyed the nature. The hosts were super helpful. Best place to relaxed.
