Vacation rentals with a patio in Seine-Maritime

Stayed for just over a month in Christine’s apartment. Great location right in the heart of the historic old town. Nice and quiet, being at the back of the courtyard and it had everything I needed. You’ll need to be fairly fit to manage the steep spiral staircase. But it’s a super place to stay and Christine was very responsive, flexible and helpful.

Great stay, Charles is very responsive and the instructions were very clear. The accommodation is very well located, it was very clean. Everything necessary is present in the accommodation and even small touches for the guests!

Julien hosted me very well, the accommodation is as shown in the photos. Inexpensive and very good, close to the city center. Would definitely stay again .

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Marine and Wil's. They are lovely, warm, caring and very available hosts. As soon as we arrived, we felt right at home thanks to their warm welcome and kindness. The accommodation is just amazing, perfectly clean, tastefully decorated, and above all… what a view! Very well located apartment, quiet, 10-minute walk to the historic city center and close to shops and the market. Perfect for visiting Rouen and surrounding area. The accommodation is spacious, very well equipped and nicely decorated with in addition a small terrace that overlooks the canopy of trees on the street that gives the feeling of being in the forest! Elise is very responsive and friendly. Good location!

Nickel apartment but smaller than I thought. Very well furnished nothing to say it was perfect we recommend.

Really lovely place to stay, with everything you’d need. Laura was really friendly and gave us a tour of the house and property, and even invited our child to play with hers. Was a great stay and would recommend it

We felt very comfortable with Filonia and her family. The vacation home is very comfortably furnished, very clean and well equipped, also to take care of yourself. For example, there is more than enough crockery and cutlery so you don't have to run the dishwasher after every meal. The cottage is very quiet. Various beautiful beaches and cities of the Alabaster Coast are easily accessible by car. For families with children, it is great that there is a nice soccer/basketball court and a playground around the corner and that many appealing games and toys are provided in the vacation home. Filonia and her family were very hospitable and helpful, but not intrusive and her daughter Angelika even accompanied us to the hospital when our son was injured. We had a great time there and would be happy to come back.

Superb quiet rental with super nice pool! The garden is large and super well maintained. The little extra: animals (horses, biquettes, chickens...) too cute for your children. It is the perfect place to have a good time with the family, to enjoy the pool, the great outdoors and to go to the sea: near Deauville, Trouville ... we even went to Etretat. Tiago is a great host too! We will be back ❤️

Geneviève is very welcoming and has thoughtful touches. She gave us some great tips for our visits and was very considerate of our children. The accommodation is well located for discovering the region. It is nice, very clean and very comfortable. It feels like home. The books (adults and children) available are interesting. And there are plenty of games for the kids. Thanks Geneviève!

Clean accommodation and matches the photos. Quiet and peaceful environment, beautiful view from the veranda without anyone facing it! Good location for visiting the area (25 min from Etretat, 20 min from Yport, 20 min from Fecamp and 45 min from Veules-les-Roses). Friendly and responsive host by message even though we didn't have the opportunity to meet her, the welcome booklet is very complete and the key box leaves a lot of flexibility on departure and arrival times. Excellent value for money!

Vincent was absolutely charming and helpful in every way. He welcomed me and my dog after a long journey from the south. It was very comfortable, unusual but homely. Lovely design for a one bedroom house. Situated next to a beautiful wood with bluebells and lovely walking. Lovely homemade jams on offer was a real plus! Thank you Vincent for the perfect stay.

We had a great weekend with friends in Florence's cottage. Very well located in Honfleur, courtyard with 4 very convenient parking spaces, it is a beautiful cottage, completely redone and very well-equipped and decorated. Great bedding. We did not lack anything. I recommend it+++

We love Honfleur but always need somewhere suitable for the dogs. This house worked well. I didn’t venture up to the upstairs bedroom. We were comfy downstairs.

Alice's place is gorgeous. I highly recommend it. It is fully functional with some very nice touches. The views are fantastic, the residence is quiet and the comfort is total. Alice is also very welcoming, attentive and caring. You won’t regret it.
