It's a little bit far from the center of Paris, but it was a peaceful and calm environment.There is also a supermarket nearby, and it is a convenient environment for cooking meals after returning. And we had a comfortable time with a simple and very relaxing interior.It is extremely important for a long journey.The building is also very new and equipped, so you can rest easy. Above all, I was relieved that the owner was very kind and quick to respond, and advice on recommended spots. It was the best room.

Excellent host, very gracious and respectful, the environment is conducive to rest to refocus for a few days. The accommodation is very well located 6 minutes from transport so easily accessible. I highly recommend this little cocoon if you are staying in the Paris area.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb as a family of four with two young kids. The location was perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the Champ de Mars, which meant we could easily visit the Eiffel Tower multiple times and take plenty of photos both during the day and at night. The kids loved it, and we now have so many beautiful family pictures to remember the trip by. The apartment itself was quiet, cozy, and spacious enough for our family. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made it easy to prepare breakfast and snacks for the kids. There were also plenty of grocery stores, bakeries, and cafes nearby, so everything we needed was within walking distance. Getting around the city was very convenient from this location, and the host was incredibly kind and responsive, making our first trip to Paris smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this place to other families visiting Paris—we’d definitely love to stay here again!

It's still a good value.The room is also very clean.Fully equipped with a stove, microwave, pots, plates, cups, and a washing machine.The TV can also be direct to the screen.The bed sleeps two is a bit narrow, but acceptable.The house is located in a residential area and free parking on the side of the road can be easily found.Overall good.

From the moment I arrived, she greeted my boyfriend and me with a warm smile and a sense of hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. She thoughtfully brought over fresh, buttery croissants and a bottle of red wine, a perfect touch to start my Parisian experience. Every detail of her apartment reflected the charm and elegance of the city—cozy, stylish, and well-appointed with everything I needed. The location couldn’t have been better. Nestled in the heart of Paris, it was just steps away from iconic Parisian landmarks, quaint cafés, and cultural treasures. As I was in the city for work, the proximity to key business districts made my stay incredibly convenient. Yet, after a long day, it was also the perfect retreat, offering peace and comfort in the midst of the city’s vibrant energy. I can’t help but long for the Parisian life again—the way Claudia made everything feel effortless and unforgettable ❤️

Sophie was an excellent host, leaving me very much at ease and communicating more clearly as possible, as I do not speak French or English so she put a lot of effort, showed the amenities of the house, beautiful and left regrets, such as water , snacks , it was amazing my stay 😍🙏

Maxime's place is genius. Ample, by Paris standards, clean, quiet, airy and well equipped. The location is great with subway and RER 5min walk away. Perfect for moving to sights or even going to Disney without balcony. Supermarkets and restaurants on the same street. Maxime was detailed in the instructions sent and everything worked perfectly well.

Very beautiful location, exactly like in the pictures, we will gladly return and we will recommend it !

We had a great time, the house is well equipped to accommodate a baby. We enjoyed the gate for the stairs and the high chair. Everything was very clean, we recommend it without a second thought :)

This place was absolutely perfect for our family of 7! The location was ideal with a grocery store and delicious bakery just a few steps away. The apartment is extremely clean and well cared for! We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to friends.

Charming, well-appointed, and clean, it has an outstanding location and view on the edge of three popular arrondissements in the heart of Paris. Despite the incredible photos and description, it was even better than we imagined. The host met us and showed us how to navigate the two exterior entries and the door to our place. It is a historic French Hotel with a beautiful foyer and with a nighttime doorman we felt very safe. The apartment itself was equipped with everything we needed and more. The queen-sized bed was very comfortable, with a picturesque view outside. The balcony was quaint, with a bistro table and two chairs. We spent mornings and evenings eating, drinking, and enjoying the balcony with incredible views of the Eiffel Tower. We ventured into the city daily enjoying all the bistros and shopping near and far. The metro was steps away. The host was kind and thoughtful and baked treats for my husband’s birthday and our departure. We can't wait to return! Thank you!

Very welcoming and available host, we had all the information we needed. Pleasant apartment, well arranged with quality and comfortable furniture. It had everything we needed, even many games made available adapted to our child's age! Well-located apartment and close to the cathedral and the city center on foot, very convenient! Small downside on the heating setting which was not always obvious (sometimes too hot, sometimes not enough) and on the shower which was not hot enough...

Second stay in this studio I am delighted, it perfectly matches my needs! I'll be back in the area again!

We're going to have a day at Disney, and rented this Airbnb (10-15min). The accommodation is clean and secure, our host is super responsive and flexible (arriving at midnight after the end of the parade). The accommodation is clean, beds are made, bath linen is also available. In short, ideal if you take a family trip (there were 4 of us) to Disney.

I had a short stay at Damien's for work. Damien was very welcoming and gave very good advice. The accommodation was very well equipped, with all the kitchen utensils, coffee, oil, salt etc. and even several troubleshooting products in the bathroom which shows Damien's attention to welcoming hosts! I particularly appreciated the private parking space, the comfort of the bed and the accessibility of the apartment by the elevator. Will definitely be back, and with pleasure!
