Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Seine

We were looking for a place to meet as a family, we found a little piece of heaven in Perche. Large house full of character and charm, “flea market chic” atmosphere with its antique furniture, which does not detract from its comfort and its many facilitating amenities. Not to mention the vast "carpet" of greenery in front of the house, where venerable cherry and apple trees compete for the most beautiful bloom. The place is so harmonious and calm that you wonder if the only occupants around are the birds. In the end, you don't know where you feel most comfortable: inside or outside. To conclude, special mention to Thierry, the owner of the place: ultra responsive, accommodating and surely a tourist guide in another life. Thanks to their advice, we discovered local gems we would never have found on our own. In short, 4 perfect days. We highly recommend it (unless you make noise – then the birds might put a spell on you😄).

Large secure house very well arranged and very nicely furnished. The garden is beautiful. Shops nearby. Lots of hiking . Quiet and nature are waiting for you . and Marie, our host was proactive, understanding and very caring We would highly recommend it.

A beautiful French cottage 15 minutes from the lovely town of Pierrefond which has 2 brilliant bakeries, a range of restaurants and the amazing Pierrefond Castle. The cottage was beautifully decorated and had everything you could need for a weeks holiday, including plenty of cooking essentials. The location was great, with plenty of chateaux’s and countryside to explore. You can reach both Disneyland Paris, and a Paris park and ride in 1 hour, making a great base for a day trip!

We had a wonderful holiday staying in Catherine and Benoist's charming annex. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm and heartfelt welcome. The house itself was tidy and well-maintained. For anyone interested in outdoor activities, the location is fantastic, being situated very close to the most well-known climbing areas. Additionally, the beautiful forest is just a short walk away.

We had a great time. The Fort is peaceful and welcoming, we were at home with a real change of scenery! Daniel and Agnes are truly kind and Daniel's passion would be contagious if we had more time 😃

We had a very pleasant stay in this large house. The place is ideal for relaxing, with a nice view of the pond and a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The house is spacious and well equipped, perfect for a group. We highly recommend this place for those looking for a quiet and friendly place to relax.

Had a fabulous stay! The view is unbeatable. Close proximity to everything. Very responsive host as well. Can’t wait to come back one day!!

The location was so quiet considering how close to the Arc de Triumph we were. Easy to walk to the Metro and explore many parts of the city (I would recommend the Argentine Metro over Charles de Gaulle by the Arc which was much busier and hectic). A local boulangerie, Boucherie and coffee shop along with many restaurants to choose from). Having the toilette and wash area separate was very nice with 3 people staying in the apartment. We ended up not using many of the amenities (dishwasher, washer, stove or cook too) but nice to have available. And while the kitchen was small, we still ended up able to have 3 people standing in it for a late evening snack). While the bedrooms are small, the beds are comfortable and the large closet was needed and used for our belongings, There are stairs but easily manageable. While we did have one issue, Nicholas was responsive and helpful. I would return in the future.

I stayed for a month at Elodie’s apartment. She stocked the refrigerator with my favorites before I arrived. I totally enjoyed my stay as it is a block away from 2 metros, several eating spots and a Gifu across the street. The views every morning were just spectacular as was the night view of Sacre Cour turned green for StPatricks Day! Elodie is special and very kind. I loved my stay in Paris and I loved Elodies place.

We had good contact with Caroline and she offered to bring our suitcases into the accommodation while she was still in the process of preparing them. At the place we found everything we needed, which was really well equipped. The sofa in the living room was more for a child than 2 adults, but it was perfect for us. There was everything you need such as hairdryer, toaster, TV, etc. The first night it was very noisy in the house, the house is clairaudient. I recommend earplugs. But the surroundings are great, there are lots of restaurants, bakers and bus and metro are close by. We would definitely return because for us the apartment was perfect.

Had a lovely stay at Anne-Laure's flat. Check in was super easy; Anne-Laure was both communicative and flexible. The flat is an artsy and cosy space, with a very sweet and friendly cat. I adore the area, there are so many good places to eat and drink. The street is busy and vibey and full of life, which is what we signed up for. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We had a very pleasant stay, Michael's residence is very well maintained and the location is perfect for quiet rest. Michael is a gracious host and very available when we needed him on site. The pool is spacious and very well maintained, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the same for common areas. We would definitely recommend staying at this place!

We had a fantastic stay, the place is beautiful and spacious. What a lovely and novel experience..we will not forget staying near Etretat which is reflected in the beautiful setting of the property! The expansive scenery and location was so peaceful, the property was so practical for our large family size and in particular the bar area was a super socialising space! Equally my daughter had an amazing time with her cousins and I am sure we will look back and fondly remember our trip to this gîte! Thanks to you Julien for making the great memories possible!

Beautiful house with a TV view on the beach The house is spacious, we recommend Good to know if the pellets of electricity skip the meter to put it back is next to the gate on your despot, do not search in the house Small downside in the downstairs bedroom the box spring is case on the right side and a board was set to solidify , but it is thick when you sleep on it you only feel that. Very warm welcome from Elodie and Rodolphe. The place is exceptional and very spacious, we were 5 families and everyone had their own space. There is plenty to do in the villa: billiards, foosball, jacuzzi, arcade game, console, ping pong table, petanque, in short everything is there to have a pleasant time. You can even take a walk in the woods safely. The dining room table was great so we could all eat at the same time; which is rare. Thank you +++ for the delicious bottle of white and for the candy provided. We will gladly go back, maybe more in the summer to enjoy the pool. Thanks again Elodie and Rodolphe!!!
