The HUGUETTE cottage under 2 oaks, is a real romantic cocoon with a retro decoration, in red tones. Lovely view of the valley. You can watch the replay of the filming for UN DINER PRESQUE PARFAIT from March 30 to April 2, 2026, which took place at 3 of my vacation rentals. Heated pool from May 15 to September 15, tennis, pétanque, badminton, table tennis, playground + equipment loan, to be SHARED as there are 4 other rental properties on the premises: 1 RANCH for 9 people, 1 cabin, and 2 TRAILERS for 5 people each.

On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

Manoir du Bois Joly – Shepherd's huts

The "Bois Joly" Manor dates from the 16th century. Next to Nogent-le-Rotrou, it is in the middle of fields, meadows and woods. In the 19th century, it became known for its breeding of Percheron horses. Since 1985, we have been restoring it in keeping with the traditional architecture of Perche. To share this fascinating story, the Shepherd's Huts welcome you! Departure possible on Sunday at the end of the day on request!
