The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The sleeping area is located on the upper gallery, where you can enjoy peace and privacy, and on the sofa bed in the lower part of the apartment. There is a sauna with a relaxation room on the ground floor of the building (online reservation). There is a fee for the sauna. Pets are allowed for a fee.

In winter you can enjoy skiing, from spring to autumn a trail park, cycling and hiking in beautiful nature. Please note that you will be required to pay a mandatory tourist tax of CZK 50 per night for each person over the age of 18.

Our apartment is centrally and quietly located in a side street of Bärenstein. The apartment is on the first floor. The upper floor is occasionally used by the landlord. The apartment has a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. A fireplace is available for cozy hours (wood can be purchased on request for a small fee). There are three bedrooms. A baby crib can be provided on request. Vehicles can be parked directly in front of the apartment.

In the building from 1905 marriages were celebrated and official business was done in the past. From 1917 to 2005 it served as the town hall for the community.

Now they have left the nest and left some space. That's why we have furnished this beautiful apartment for you, even with a toddler.
