Das örtliche Einkaufszentrum sowie Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Fitnessstudio sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Bludenz ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bus (welcher vor der Haustüre abfährt) bringt dich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zum nächsten Skilift.

Herzlich willkommen im Chalet-ALOHA ALOHA steht im Hawaiianischen für Freundlichkeit, Frieden, Lebensfreude, Liebe und Wertschätzung. Dazu möchte ich euch einladen und euch ein wohliges Zuhause bieten. Das Chalet liegt in der Dorfmitte. In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

Overlooking the mountain, the holiday apartment Haus Schäfer Zita in Fontanella impresses guests with its fantastic views. The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office as well as a smart TV with streaming services. This holiday flat is run by a family business.

Our house is at the upper end of the large Walsertal in Fontanella. There are numerous ways to make your vacation varied. Our holiday apartment “Murmeli” has 35 square meters of living space. There is also a wonderful terrace with a breathtaking view. The bedroom has a double bed, the kitchen-living room is fully equipped, plus a cozy seating area with a view. In the living area a small sofa and a TV. Our guests are welcome to park directly in front of the house.

You only need 1.5 km to get to the center of Warth and the skiing area. The apartments are cofortabel and modern. You will have a nice view to the mountains of the alps. With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.

The apartment is on the upper floor of our single-family house and is reached via the shared front door and the staircase. For people over 185 cm tall, the door heights and the roof slope could be an obstacle. We live in a quiet location.
