Vacation rentals with a sauna in Sedgemoor

A beautiful space out in the countryside, with excellent links to the motor way to travel all round Devon with ease. Check in details were a bit confusing, make sure you follow to a tee! Will defiantly re visit!

what a lovely place to stay. safe, secure, spacious and lovely hosts. they are so friendly and could not go further to be of help with anything. Warminster shops are 8min drive away. Longleat safari is 10mins away and the pub at the top of the road, is very friendly. ring before to check how busy they are as we couldn't get food. thank you so much Nick, Liz and Charles

Place is lovely and quiet on a country lane. Owners Mark and Lavinia are very helpful and friendly. Loved the peacocks and their dog Lyra. Great location to drive out each day to explore the area from Bath up to the Cotswolds.

Aaron had made sure we had everything we needed including phone chargers which came in handy. The flat was very spacious, homely and well located. As a host Aaron was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall a great stay.

The apartment was even better in reality than in the photos - lovely decor and comfortable beds/sofas. As we had lovely weather for our weekend stay , we sat outside on the rooftop terrace relaxing at every opportunity, listening to birdsong and lake-watching the wildlife. We hadn’t appreciated the amount of activities on offer at Lower Mill Estate but used the outdoor heated pool, recliners and sauna before we checked in - it really started our weekend in relaxing mood. We went to Ballihoo restaurant during our visit and this was a great family restaurant, very casual with good food - a few minutes walk from the accommodation. We did some Cotswolds sightseeing on the Saturday and it was lovely to know our penthouse and sundeck was waiting when we returned in the afternoon. Jane recommended a local restaurant for the Saturday evening and we weren’t disappointed- the food was absolutely delicious and it made the weekend perfect. Jane & Nico - thank you for everything:-)

Miranda’s place is a gem; tranquil self-contained flat with everything you need, plus many extra special touches, set in a beautiful garden surrounded by stunning countryside. This is the perfect place to rest and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. There are endless amazing walks and activities nearby and further afield in the Forest of Dean and major supermarkets and other shops only 20-30 minutes drive away. We received a warm welcome from Miranda and Mark and Miranda went out of her way to recommend walks and other local activities and to make sure we were comfortable. Her work is fascinating and she was generous in sharing a glimpse of that and in accessing us to her gorgeous horses and to produce growing on the farm. Looking forward to a return visit!

Beautiful estate, grounds look well cared for. Jack and Mollie were amazing. Only initial communication was with Lorraine (maybe) all other comms with Mollie. Such a peaceful serene location. Quite pricey for the night’s stay

I had a birthday weekender with friends and the apartment is really lovely and suited us perfectly. Not just clean, but comfortable too with everything you need. The host is great and helpful. It all made the stay so much more enjoyable. 100% would recommend.

Awesome location and full length swimming pool with Sauna. Only a 15 min walk into Swanage, beautiful castle only 10 min away and views of the sea. Fantastic full size swimming pool and sauna, our 8 and 10 year old loved it. We weren't able to use the snooker table due to the age of our kids and the lounge is not the most sociable set up for the evenings but the swimming pool made up for it ;-)

The location was within walking distance of most of the places we wanted to go. Having off-street parking is an absolute bonus in Exeter, and having room for 2 cars was fantastic. The proeprty has been modernised, itwas clean with good natural light and was excellent value. If we require accommodation in Exeter again, we would be trying to book here again

We had a great stay. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. The apartment was really nicely furnished, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would look to book again.

what a great location, so peaceful and quiet. the space was quirky but comfortable and made the short stay quite entertaining. The grounds were very well maintained and it was a pleasure to walk around.

Wow what a place. Every bit of it was perfect just as we imagined. The little girls loved every moment as it gave them the cottage feel they were thinking of. I must say the place is very well equipped, Justine has added small touches like towels, hand wash, shampoos, ear buds, candles. You don’t normally expect them but very well equipped. It literally feels like you’re at home, I’m glad we made this choice. There was an onsite sauna which we didn’t get to use but looked really cool. Maybe on our next visit we will get to use it.. The outdoor garden was magical, nice breezy, birds tweeting, just absolutely beautiful. Well done Justine to you and your partner for having a lovely place. Such a great property. The house itself is very nice, spacious and thoughtfully put together. The pool, sauna and sauna are amazing. Would thoroughly recommend.

Me and my partner loved the property and the town. It was amazing and so relaxing. The fire in the living room was a lovely touch for them cold nights and the hot tub was lovely with a glass of vin. Will definitely be coming back for sure! Thank you x

We had a wonderful stay at Kate’s property. The location was perfect—peaceful and with stunning views of the lake. The estate offers a range of amenities for both kids and adults, and we really enjoyed the beautiful walks around the lakes and along the Thames. It’s also ideally situated for exploring the Cotswolds, with plenty to see and do just a short drive away. A perfect base for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We stayed here to celebrate my Dad’s 70th birthday as a family. The house is absolutely beautiful, it’s very clean and the interior suits the surroundings perfectly. The view of the water is stunning and so lovely to look at first thing in the morning! I would highly recommend. There’s also lots to do on site which is real bonus. We walked to the local pub, the Bakers Arms which we’d highly recommend for a short but pleasant walk. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing place! Perfect location for a family holiday. The house has absolutely everything you need and more. We really enjoyed sea kayaking and paddle boarding with all Daves's kit. The sea is so close you can carry everything down to the shore. We really loved the hot tub and sauna and bbq area. The games room was a great space for the kids to hang out and play as well as the adults. We couldn't have wanted more. We'd wholeheartedly recommend this amazing house.

This has to be the most eclectic house we have stayed in as a family, but it provided constant entertainment and sparked imaginations. There is lots of room inside for 9 people a dog and a baby. The separate dining area and sittings rooms allowed people to be together and have private time. The garden area available was small for a large gathering but Barry was willing to open up further garden to us on asking. The sauna was a nice touch. There were enough bathrooms and the kitchen was equipped and functional The house is old as it says in the descriptions so if you have difficulty climbing stairs it would not be for you. The layout and contents of the house are not toddler friendly. There is no onsite parking, but the car park is a short distance away. The village is quaint and the coop very near by. We can recommend the tea shop, and would recommend booking early is you want to eat in the pub next door. There are lots of walks nearby and buses to other villages.

Fabulous … from first booking to leaving. Anita was more than helpful, arranging a taxi for our evening out, way before we arrived. Martin greeted us and even drove us to our lunch venue ! The house is more than fabulous.Everything was spotless and so comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and we all were sad that we went out for a ( slightly disappointing) meal when we could have cooked up a feast at home with the beautiful views … particularly as we had all been inspired by our fabulous cookery course at Ground Up Cookery School in Chudleigh . 100% recommended. Just about a 5 minute drive away, but book ahead . Love that , if we return with our dogs, the garden is enclosed. Plus there is a field that they could run in … not enclosed, but our dogs have excellent recall so would be fine. Cannot recommend more highly. Thanks so much Anita and Martin.
