Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Seccheto

Chiara and her family were very helpful and friendly during our stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Great location right next to some beautiful beaches! Chiara and her daughter gave great restaurant and beach recommendations. We would definitely stay again.

Già Scarlino incanta col suo affaccio sul mare. Se poi ci soggiorni in questo appartamento terrazzato e con vista aperta sul golfo di Follonica e sull’Elba allora non andresti mai più via. Posizionato a inizio borgo con comodo parcheggio lì a due passi, l’alloggio è super organizzato e accessoriato. Particolari gli oggetti e funzionali gli arredi. Cristian ha fornito prima dell’arrivo chiarissime informazioni sul check in e ha sempre risposto tempestivamente quando (raramente) ne ho avuto bisogno. Peraltro all’interno sono riportate istruzioni dettagliate e consigli di soggiorno che rendono quasi inutile fare domande. Wi-Fi veloce e stabile. Riscaldamento perfetto. Insomma che dire meglio di così non si può. Grazie e alla prossima!

l'appartamento è funzionale e di recente ristrutturazione. Si trova è su strada al piano terra , raggiungibile dalla stazione a piedi e a pochi metrisia dal centro che dal mare . Seppur non abbiamo il balcone è praticamente quasi tutto finestrato e dotato di aria condizionata e asciugatrice che completa il tutto .

Bell'alloggio, curato, corrispondente alla descrizione e alle foto. Angolo cottura funzionale e completo. Piacevole il terrazzo. Molto buono l'impianto di climatizzazione. Buona la posizione, spiagge attrezzate a 5 minuti a piedi, spiaggia libera a 10 minuti ampia e non affollata.

Skøn lejlighed beliggende på bjergtoppen med udsigt over Porto Azzurro. Mange dejlige terrasser og kroge til at sidde og ligge på. Følg endelig den vejledende tegning for vejvisning, da det er den eneste vej op. Og vær klar på smal vej med eventuel modkørende. Eneste lille øv, er at affald skal man selv bortskaffe 1 km væk nede i byen. Men når det er lært, så går det også! Ernastine er meget vidende om Elba og giver gerne ud af din viden. Vi havde 7 fantastiske dage på Elba med masser af oplevelser i både natur, strand og by.

L'alloggio è estremamente carino, con doppia esposizione, ben ventilato, pulitissimo. Si trova al primo piano, c'è una rampa di scale da salire; da un lato si affaccia sull'antico chiostro, dove a volte si tengono degli eventi, a noi è toccata una degustazione di vermentino con bella musica dal vivo (molto piacevole e terminata in orario adeguato). Luisa è molto accogliente e disponibile; quando siamo arrivati l'ufficio era ormai chiuso, ma ci ha lasciato le chiavi e tutte le istruzioni in modo chiaro. Insomma, tutto perfetto!

Väldigt trevligt boende med bra läge. Det enda vi saknade var en altan men det finns många trevliga restauranger precis utanför dörren. Välutrustat kök, bra badrum och flera airconditioner

L'appartamento, sito nel residence i Boboli, è tenuto molto bene. Adatto a famiglie sino a 6 persone. Estremamente silenzioso e fresco, con terrazzino affacciato sulla scalinata di accesso al marina. La Sig.ra Antonia è un Host attento che cura anche i particolari del soggiorno (es. mappe customizzate per i percorsi di hiking e biking intorno a Punta Ala).

It is impossible to over-emphasise how beautiful the Casa del Capitano is! Even before booking, Michael was extremely helpful and informative. I had chosen the property as the place to propose to my (now) Fiancé and Michael went out of his way to make sure all the little touches were in place that I asked for. The villa was immaculately clean with fires made up in the sauna and house ready to be lit. The views (especially from the jacuzzi) were breathtaking! The villa is completely private and perfect for a romantic get-away. Everything from the underfloor heating, technology and ascetics of the house made it a home from home! We would recommend the villa to anyone looking for tranquility away from the busyness of everyday life. Thank you for a truly memorable Italian experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to return (maybe even for the honeymoon!) - Chris & Clare!

On s'y sentait comme à la maison 🥰 Si vous souhaitez vivre la Dolce Vita avec des enfants nous vous recommandons le logement d'Alessia & Guido. Tout était propre, des jeux à disposition dans la chambre enfant, un agréable extérieur avec du mobilier et un grand parasol indispensable pour déjeuner à l'extérieur par grand soleil. Les alentours et le très beau centre ville de Massa Marittima était rapidement accessible à pieds. De plus bonne communication avec les hôtes à distance : arrivée et départ sans souci. Sur place Anna était également très réactive. Un grand merci à vous ! Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de cet endroit typique de la Toscane 🌞🇮🇹❤

What a great place! Clean, cozy, beautiful. The room smelled so good. I loved the decoration. I stayed only one night but wish I had more time to stay longer. The location is beautiful and peaceful. Rafaelle is a great host! I highly recommend his place.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for sleeping four adults very comfortably (two more could sleep on the sofa bed) and cooking in the simply but extensively equipped kitchen. It has a big, powerful shower (plus a second smaller one) and the extra bonus of an efficient washer-dryer for rapidly taking care of post-beach laundry, ready for the next day. We visited during the quieter low season and it was wonderfully peaceful. But even in the busy high season the excellent sound-insulated windows coupled with modern a/c would mean that once you’re inside, the temperature in the apartment is comfortable and the street-level noise is barely audible. Having said that, we loved flinging open the traditional green shutters on the windows each morning and letting in the light, air and sounds of the town waking up at street level. We recommend renting the nearby garage to avoid the hassle of finding a parking space.

Sabrina host davvero gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile. Ci ha fatto trovare la casa ben fornita e pulita. L’alloggio si trova due passi dal mare e dalle vie centrali. Anche la nostra cagnolina si è sentita come a casa Grazie ancora, torneremo sicuramente!

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung für eine Familie. Zentral, aber ruhig mitten in Seccheto gelegen - praktisch mit eigenem Parkplatz, Waschmaschine & Trockner. Wir waren zum 2x dort.

Wir haben bei Massimo 10 wunderschöne Tage in einer tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Alles was man braucht und mehr als erwartet war in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Lage direkt am Hafen ist einzigartig. Zur wunderschönen Fussgängerzone mit vielen Geachäften und Restaurants sind es nur ca 20 Meter. Massimo ist ein toller Gastgeber und Mensch.. Man merkt wie sehr er sein Business liebt! Er ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer da wenn man Fragen hat. Direkt nebenan findet man 2 sehr schöne, kleine und einzigartige Bistrots mit tollen Wirten die einem eine gute Zeit bereiten mit leckeren Speisen und guten Getränken bereiten. Danke!!!! Danke!!!!

It was a great experience to stay in Suvereto’s quaint Old Town neighborhood. The accommodation was close to both a grocery store and pharmacy. The host was great to deal with and was very responsive to any questions that were asked. The location was a short drive to many other interesting towns such as: Campiglia Marittima and Massa Marittima.

Vacanza di pochi giorni tra capodanno ed Epifania. Villa sul mare presso Marciana Marina (Elba), con stupenda vista su golfo di Procchio e Capo Enfola. Posizione molto bella. Ovviamente nel periodo invernale non si può godere di molto sole e luce e gli spazi esterni, molto ben organizzati, non possono essere utilizzati appieno. L'appartamento (parte della casa) è comodo per 6 persone (eravamo 4 adulti e due ragazzini oltre alla nostra beagle), ben strutturato, molto ben tenuto e recentemente rinfrescato e aggiornato con tre split per aria fredda e calda. La stufa a pellet funziona benissimo . Ambienti pulitissimi, cucina bella e ottimamente attrezzata (non abbiamo portato nulla da casa). Letti di buona qualità. Due bagni sufficienti per 6 persone. Comodo archeggio e molta, molta simpatia e disponibilità da parte dell'host e dei suoi parenti. Nessun problema di rumori o disturbi. Tutto perfetto e come da annuncio. Grazie Francesco. Spero di tornare in estate.

Wir waren Familie mit 5 Kinder. Wohnung für uns top, wie beschrieben und gut ausgestattet, für den Preis war super. Gastgeber war sehr nett. Dankeschön. Haus war sehr ruhig. Piombino schöne Stadt, sehr gute Pizza und richtig leckeres Eis.
