White Eames chairs and nautical blues reflect the relaxed vibe of this seaside pad. The studio is set up with a luxurious queen sized bed with a pillow top mattress, a sofa bed lounge, kitchenette with stove top, dining table, fridge and microwave. the studio is primarily set up for 2 guests but has the capacity for 4 guests. There is a sofa bed available to use as well as the queen sized bed. Guests have access to entire studio apartment and a single parking space out the front. Guests can access the apartment via a locked key safe. Owner to provide details upon booking. We have a key safe to let your self in but am available for any help needed Seacliff Beach is renowned for activities such as stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, windsurfing, jet skiing, and fishing. The famous Marion Coastal Boardwalk begins on the doorstep for a walk with breathtaking views. The apartment is walking distance to local trains and buses, that can take you into the CBD, to Jetty road Glenelg and Westfield Marion shopping centre. Local supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance Our beach is wonderful for swimming, windsurfing ,kayaking , fishing and you can hire a standup paddle board right across the road

You'll be staying in a lived-in family home in the suburb of Dover Gardens. With a full kitchen, dining area and shared backyard, there's plenty of room. The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom. There are two more bedrooms and family bathroom. Also queen sofa bed in living area. Note that at the back of the property (in the separate building) is another Airbnb property, you will be sharing backyard. Please make sure your car is parked on the left side of the house in red brick driveway.

Small self contained modern unit with own patio entrance, attached to a private house. Large Bedroom, king bed with en-suite bathroom and separate kitchenette/lounge/outdoor patio. Endless Summer at Seacliff

We had an amazing time at Jo's house. Jo has thought of everything needed for a home away from home. House was spotless and well stocked with condiments, tea, coffee and every cooking item you'll ever need. Pool and covered outdoor area, with gas BBQ was great. Lovely position on the esplanade, coffee shops, pubs and playgrounds in walking distance. Supermarkets short drive away. Our family of 7 adults and 2 children (3 & 5) had ample space and bedrooms, with tvs and games provided. Lovely welcome pack and early and late check in were offered. I certainly recommend Jo's place and hope to return. Thanks so much Jo for helping make our family 60th birthday and 35th wedding anniversary holiday amazing.

Casa Salvador, also known as Kylie’s place, is clean, peaceful, and quiet. I truly enjoyed spending my long weekend there. Kylie is a very thoughtful host—she provided clear check-in instructions and even included a special note to be extra cautious of the slippery floor during rainy weather. Thankfully, no one was hurt. The place smelled fresh and clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I’m happy to recommend this place to my friends and will definitely return myself

Such a wonderful, comfortable, inviting home. We stayed four days and wished we’d booked for longer. Central location, close to Jetty Road, and every convenience located within a five-minute stroll. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with so many thoughtful items; we didn’t have to bring all the extra bits and pieces (think condiments, basic medical supplies, tea/coffee, air fresheners, hairspray, pasta, milk, the list goes on). There was a lovely leafy courtyard with undercover dining and bbq. The beds were super comfy. Our host was very responsive and answered all our questions so quickly. Thoroughly recommend this property and host. Thank you!

Chad was a very good host, even offered us early check-in and allowed us to add an additional day after initial booking. The apartment is in a lovely, small, older complex that is kept immaculately. The permanent residents are friendly and helpful. The apartment is lovely with the most spacious and comfortable green velveteen lounge, the best feature in the apartment in my opinion. A comfortable place to sit is quite often underrated by some hosts. The bed is luxurious in white cotton, lots of pillows and a thick and warm doona. The bathroom is practical and well thought out with a large glass-walled shower and double shower heads (one which can be hand-held). Being a cook, the kitchen was most important for me. It was beautifully designed kitchen with some very nice Breville appliances, quality cookware and a nicely stocked pantry. One thing that I would add to the utensil drawer would be a knife sharpener or at least a steel. Only a small issue. All in all, a wonderful place!

The picturesque landscape alone is reason enough to book this accommodation, but the beautifully appointed apartment with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay, truly makes it exceptional. We especially loved unwinding on the balcony each evening, soaking in the spectacular sunsets. We even had the pleasure of meeting some local wildlife—a friendly seal who often sunbathes in the bay!
