Harbour View

SaraRating, 5 stars8 months ago
A stunning old house that is so spacious with an amazing sea view - we were so very happy with everything except the management company who didn't respond to any of our messages - there was no toilet paper for example . The owners who were in a flat below did reply and were lovely people . We definitely recommend staying there and may do again in future if available - great value

Homely Cottage with Sea Views & Open Fire

Jenny Rating, 5 stars35 months ago
This was our second stay at Sarah's and it is a very charming house, with original artwork and lots of charm. The house is deceptively huge and the location is perfect. The only sound is seagulls, who chat at night too. Staithes is a magical and peaceful place. Would totally recommend this house to any group who are fine with stairs, and parking a long way from the house. There's a spot to unload nearby.
An inviting evening scene captures a charming cobblestone street lined with quaint buildings. Soft streetlights illuminate the path, highlighting the pastel colors of the facades. A welcoming door is positioned prominently, hinting at the cozy atmosphere within this picturesque village setting.

Eastlea - Frontal Sea Views & Parking Permit

MikeRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a wonderful stay at Joe's cottage.its ideally situated to access the Cleveland Way and within short distances to other parts of the coastline. The cottage is well equipped and really cosy with a fantastic shower ... much needed after long walks. Everyone who lives and works at the harbour are friendly and make you welcome. Joe let us know on route that the cottage was ready which was great as we'd arrived ahead of time. Great holiday cottage, lovely host and beautiful surroundings = pure bliss!

Shangri-la Cosy seaviews parking next to cottage

RebeccaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We loved our stay at Shangri-la cottage. It's got a prime location that is absolutely beautiful and with the best parking space in Staithes. Clare is very good at communicating and she accommodated our need of a late check out which was much appreciated. Everything is in walking distance and the beach is outside your front window. Only small critiques are the cleaner needs to pay a little more attention to detail as it was quite dusty in places and the mattresses on the bunks were a little uncomfortable, also soft furnishings could do with updating such as pillows and cushions are a little tired. Needs a few tweeks to update it but overall still worth the money as its the best location you will get. Thank you Clare

Seaview Penthouse

EmmaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a wonderful stay at the Seaview Penthouse, the beds were super comfy, the place was modern, cosy and spotlessly clean. We would definitely return here, it was beautiful to look out onto the sea every morning from our bedroom window. It also helped we had amazing weather for April! Thoroughly recommend The Lamp Room for breakfast, though do book if you can as it's super popular. Easy access to the Park & Ride for Durham and for visiting family in Sunderland, and collecting seaglass on the beach just down from the property is a great way to while away an hour or so. Communication from Melanie was prompt and she gave us plenty of info about the place in advance. Thank you again Melanie! We hope to come again soon!

The Curious Crab

SarahRating, 5 stars3 months ago
We absolutely loved our New Year break at Curious Crab. The village is idyllic and the cottage was beautiful. We all felt relaxed and at home. Each room felt very special, the kids loved sleeping in the attic and the open fire was the icing on the cake. Rob was a brilliant host. Very responsive and helpful when needed.
