The apartment was perfect for staying near the beach! Cynthia was very responsive and I enjoyed the stay.

Joanne and her husband thankfully accommodated my son, our 2 small pups, and myself after we opted to NOT stay where we originally reserved (the pet-friendly Howard Johnson’s in Toms River). Not only did Joanne accept our reservation request at 9pm, but she talked us through the checkin process, offered great suggestions about places to eat, and overall was a generous, honest host. She and her husband are exactly what guests always hope for when selecting and AirBnB. 10/10 recommended!

Our stay at Sharone's was absolutely wonderful through and through! This space is a gem! Conveniently located from both the boardwalk and the beach, the space itself was tidy, full of amenities, and the perfect escape to reset after several hours on the beach, before heading out to experience the nightlife in the evening. Sharone was attentive and considerate, offering wonderful suggestions and recommendations, and eager to see that we were comfortable, happy, and looked after on our stay. Our trip was pleasure and we will absolutely book again. Thank you, Sharone for your hospitality!

This was all we needed for two days at the beach. It was just right. Just cross the street and we were on the boardwalk and the beach. Parking was great! We walked everywhere. A very cozy home. I recommend it highly!

Greg was very responsive of my questions prior to the stay. The place was clean and what I expected. This is a beautiful spot to look out at the ocean I will definitely book this again in the future. Pricing was a little more than usual, however, it was worth every penny.

This was the perfect beach getaway for me. The condo was clean, bright, and quiet. It was a walkable location to the beach but situated on the bay-side of the Shore making it a peaceful spot to relax after a busy day. Host was accommodating and responsive throughout the process. I highly recommend.

I recently stayed at this charming Airbnb near the beach, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the boardwalk and directly across from the beach. The property itself is clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, offering a relaxing retreat after a day in the sun. The host was incredibly welcoming. Whether you're looking to enjoy beach activities or explore the vibrant boardwalk scene, this place is perfectly situated for both. Highly recommend for a memorable seaside getaway!

We stayed for a long weekend and the space was perfect. The sun room was really a bonus because it's lovely in the morning and also provided a private space to read and watch TV when others were in the living room or sleeping. The front porch was also nice to have. The kitchen is big and there are pots and pans but bring your own dishwasher tablets and dish soap if you do a lot of cooking and maybe an extra ice tray. We found Hooks bar on the corner was great for dinner, live music & late night wings if you get tired of boardwalk food. The beach is 1 block away so getting a day pass was worth it since we could run home easily. The place is beachy, bright and sunny & living areas are spacious. The bedrooms are very basic but totally fine and sunny in the morning. We all had a great weekend.

The house and host were absolutely incredible. Heather was responsive, helpful and extremely accommodating. The house was comfortable, had lots of activities and the location was unbeatable. Thank you Heather for hosting us!

Our family had a wonderful time in this comfortable, beautifully decorated home. We were made to feel welcome with a gift basket of goodies and other little touches. The views of the bay and beach were amazing, along with a boardwalk right off the front yard for wonderful walks. The kitchen is fully stocked which enabled preparing our Thanksgiving dinner very easy. My only recommendation would be to have a Keurig available for ease. We highly recommend Juliana and Eloy as first rate and would return. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Julianne and Tim were gracious hosts, super helpful when we ran into a few snags with the front door lock. And I couldn't imagine a more beautiful spot in Manasquan, nestled on a quiet side street just a couple of blocks from the beach. The house is wonderful, spacious yet cozy (the couches are especially comfortable) and it's a great location for the price. One thing to keep in mind (especially for folks traveling from far away) is that you need to bring your own linens, pillows, and blankets, but the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes, and the house is within walking distance of most amenities you'd need. This would absolutely be my first recommendation for places to stay in the area. Would love to come back if they'd have me!

Great stay! Everything was clean and Melissa was very responsive. We all loved the layout of the place as it is three floors, so everybody has privacy in each room!

Carey is a superb host!! So sweet, accommodating and very responsive!! Her home offers amazing amenities. It is a beautiful place that was like our home away from home. I highly recommend her home if you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful and well kept home to spend with family.

John was very responsive and friendly. The house was in a great location with beach literally just over the dune. we will definitely start here again next fall.

Hala and Samer were phenomenal hosts. They were very responsive with any questions and very friendly. The area was very peaceful and quiet with a quick walk to the boardwalk for food/ entertainment. They have a beautiful home with plenty of amenities.

You will just love it here! The grounds are well-kept and attractive. The pool and beach were lovely. The only issue with pool area is as soon as it opens, individuals take ownership of the tables with umbrellas by placing personal items on them yet no one may be there for extended periods of time. Those tables are the only respite from the sun which makes it challenging. Additional umbrellas over the lounge chairs would help or, simply not allowing “reservations” for the day- even better. I would suggest BYO beach chairs- the ones there are not ideal although nice to have been offered. Although we always had our beach/pool badges in our beach bags, personnel were not strict whatsoever. The unit itself is neat, well-appointed, comfortable and well-kept. The sofa reclines with the push of a button but is not a sofa bed per se. There is a foldaway bed in the closet of the master bedroom but we did not use it because space was limited. So much is provided and available and the view is spectacular. It was great to use the washer/dryer for small bits of laundry. The porch outside had two anti-gravity chairs and a pretty rocking chair with small tables to enjoy. We closed the black-out drapes in the master bedroom and deck doors during the heat of the day so that it remained cooler. The rules are simple and the check-in & out are easy. Lasolas Market in Rt. 35 North in Normandy Beach was close by and a great little find - bought a beautiful sirloin at butcher shop there and used huge onsite grill behind pool area. We rented jet skis and did some crabbing at Dockside Outfitters in Seaside Heights - great place. The Rt. 35 North offered many eateries, shops and ice cream shops- The Music Man for ice cream was cute. Point Pleasant and Seaside Heights boardwalks are short rides. Glenn was easily reached via airbnb and answered our few correspondences promptly. We appreciated our experience and Glenn’s hospitality. Thank you!

Overall - A Great Place Ideal Location, peaceful and relaxing, a short walk to the beach, 10-15 minutes walk to the boardwalk. Just like the photos, upscale look, pleasantly decorated. Very Clean and well appointed, linens, towels, extra blankets and trow blankets, kitchenware. beach chairs and umbrella. All appliances and in good working condition Secure building and assigned parking. Highly Recommended.

Niki's place was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The view was beautiful. Niki had most of what we needed for the beach, which was so helpful: chairs and umbrellas. The house had all we needed to make meals at home and was close enough to walk to the boardwalk. The master bedroom's bed was exceptionally comfortable. Niki was great at communicating and helping us troubleshoot the TV when we couldn't turn it on. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location and completely updated, clean, and comfortable rental. Everything you need is provided, including beach equipment. Access to the beach couldn’t be easier. Paula and Dwight were extremely responsive and gracious hosts and went out of their way to answer any questions and provide support when needed. Highly recommend!

What a pleasant experience we just had at Two Sisters Dream . Great location, clean, great views, 5 stars communication. It felt like Home away from home . Thankful and grateful for a perfect getaway !

Everything was perfect just what we needed for a long weekend! We weren’t too sure if Seaside would be the place for us but the stay at Anthony’s has changed our minds and we’ll be back for a full week next summer at his place! Expectations were high when we got there, but after being there, our expectations were fully surpassed!!! Loved every minute sad to leave

We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 children. Walking distance to beach. Responsive host. Very clean space. There are upstairs units and the walls and floors are thin. I also recommend travel black out curtains as it gets bright early at the beach and they have thin blinds.
