Family-friendly vacation rentals in Seaside Heights

You will just love it here! The grounds are well-kept and attractive. The pool and beach were lovely. The only issue with pool area is as soon as it opens, individuals take ownership of the tables with umbrellas by placing personal items on them yet no one may be there for extended periods of time. Those tables are the only respite from the sun which makes it challenging. Additional umbrellas over the lounge chairs would help or, simply not allowing “reservations” for the day- even better. I would suggest BYO beach chairs- the ones there are not ideal although nice to have been offered. Although we always had our beach/pool badges in our beach bags, personnel were not strict whatsoever. The unit itself is neat, well-appointed, comfortable and well-kept. The sofa reclines with the push of a button but is not a sofa bed per se. There is a foldaway bed in the closet of the master bedroom but we did not use it because space was limited. So much is provided and available and the view is spectacular. It was great to use the washer/dryer for small bits of laundry. The porch outside had two anti-gravity chairs and a pretty rocking chair with small tables to enjoy. We closed the black-out drapes in the master bedroom and deck doors during the heat of the day so that it remained cooler. The rules are simple and the check-in & out are easy. Lasolas Market in Rt. 35 North in Normandy Beach was close by and a great little find - bought a beautiful sirloin at butcher shop there and used huge onsite grill behind pool area. We rented jet skis and did some crabbing at Dockside Outfitters in Seaside Heights - great place. The Rt. 35 North offered many eateries, shops and ice cream shops- The Music Man for ice cream was cute. Point Pleasant and Seaside Heights boardwalks are short rides. Glenn was easily reached via airbnb and answered our few correspondences promptly. We appreciated our experience and Glenn’s hospitality. Thank you!

We loved this house! It has such a cute setup in the back with the outdoor shower, hot tub and fire pit. The inside had everything we needed, and Gordon made our stay smooth and easy. Would definitely stay again when visiting LBI!

We wanted a vacation house for our whole family.We wanted to have activities for all ages and please let it be under an hour or two to get there. Well, Carol's property checked all the boxes. Plenty of beds for 4 couples and charming twin beds in two of the other rooms for the kiddos.A dining room large enough gather and plan our days and dinners.The kitchen was well appointed. It was the very large front porch that stole out hearts. the boardwalk was just a 5 minute walk.( We were walking with 4 year olds)We were able to take advantage of all the boardwalk had to offer. As close as it was we never heard crowds from the rocking chairs on the front porch. Carol was a gracious host.

This is a spacious, cheerful and beautifully decorated home for your Spring Lake vacation! Layout was great, well appointed, walking distance to both the beach and downtown shops and restaurants! We very much enjoyed our visit, and sitting outside in the quiet yard enjoying the sounds of the surf. The pool wasn't open during our visit (in October) but it's such a great feature for summertime and looked spotless. Julia and her husband were super helpful and friendly - highly recommend!

Husband and I chose Kim's home to share 5 days with our adult children and grandson. We travel often with our youngest son, 15. Older children are married w/ hectic schedules. We see them often, but we can't remember OVERNIGHT, quality, family time in years. I'm a stickler for cleanliness, organization and a cozy/relaxing ambience. Kim's home delivered, beyond my expectations! • Listing/pictures accurate • Family space: Large, open-floor concept with kitchen(fully equipped)/ livingroom(comfortable motorized couches), all overlooking beautiful deck and lagoon. • Both bathrooms were spacious. Main bathroom has a beautiful skylight/new. 2nd is private and attached to bedroom.(my husband & I choose this room) • Bedrooms were all sized well for queen beds and dressers. • Beautiful, oversized deck attached to lagoon, along with, well kept pool. Many seating options • Perfectly located on lagoon. This home made for great memories! Bring bikes.Thank you Kim! Can't wait to rebook!

Me, my husband, and my 3 kids stayed at Brendan's house for 5 days in August and we had an absolutely fantastic time. Brendan was very responsive via text and provided us with all the information we would need (and answered all our questions) in advance of our arrival. The entire house and backyard/pool area were very clean. Brendan had provided brand new shampoos and body washes for the whole family, and there were also more than enough clean towels. We really didn't need to bring anything other than our clothing and food! There was every type of cooking appliance and spice available, as well as plenty of plastic/paper goods. Finally, the pool was the absolute highlight of the house and the pictures don't do it justice. Very well maintained pool and backyard with lots of pool toys for the kids. There were also two separate eating areas in the backyard. Even with all five of us in the house, we loved playing foosball, swimming, playing xbox, and using the house as our "home base" for our day trips to all the nearby beaches and attractions.

Perfect for my wife and son. Quiet block. Reserved parking space was so useful. Provided beach passes gave us access to a great beach. Very child/family friendly home. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals for our son. Air fryer, pots, pans, and toaster. TV had all his favorite streaming services. All around, the best place possible for our special needs son to feel right at home.

Our group of 6 had a great time at Jaclyn’s home! Both Jaclyn and her husband were very friendly and always responsive. The house was more than enough to give us sleeping space, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to whip up a Fourth of July feast. Thank you so much and we’ll be back!

Had a great weekend- the house was in a great location, and had a great backyard. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to vacation in the area!

This was a beautiful spot, beautifully decorated and easily walkable to manasquan sights. Edward was really communicative and the kids want to come back in warmer weather!

Trying to find a place for ten of us, coming in from all over the country, to stay for five days without breaking the bank -- we figured was going to be a ridiculously tall order. But this turned out to be the perfect property for us. Each group had their own comfortable bedroom, the bathrooms were nice and clean, the kitchen was well-stocked with all the amenities we needed to prepare wonderful meals, and there is a little convenience store right across the street for whatever we needed. The price was so low (given that we stayed in the off-season) that we were a little worried about what we were going to be walking in to, but it turned out to be just as clean, charming, and comfortable as we had hoped. A highly-recommended rental!

Host was flexible when I needed some tweaks to accommodations. She was clear and open about other guests on the property. She offered extra towels or anything else needed. Stopped by to say hello and welcome me to the cottage. Neighborhood and lodging were as expected since I am familiar with the area. I will stay here again! Love the short walk to the lake and ocean and bagel store!

The pics on Airbnb don’t make justice to her place! The place is more beautiful and bigger than the pics show. She was very accommodating to our requests. We had a very good time there and are planning to go back next summer.

This was our second time staying at Michael's place. There is plenty of room inside and out, great location and clean. Michael is very responsive and flexible. We had another great weekend at Michael's house.

We had a great time in Seaside Park in Paul's place. The house was in a perfect location, you can see the bay from sunroom and upstairs deck. It is a short walk to the bay, and pier on the 5th, short walk to the beach. Even though the house is on the "main" road, it was quiet and cars were not an issue when crossing the road, most drivers were considerate of families and their beach equipment and stopping for us. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen is on the smaller size, but it has all the amenities and a big fridge and freezer. It is a perfect setting for two families. The host was very responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend staying there! Thank you Paul!

Lovely house! Right next to the boardwalk/beach. Had all the amenities. Barbara communicated really well! We got to meet her and she was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pat’s cottage. The location was incredible as we had access to beach, restaurants and all Bay Head has to offer.

The place was a perfect place to stay for our hockey tournament weekend. Plenty of room for us all the hang out and a quick easy walk to the beach between games. Lee Ann was very friendly and provided us with good informations about the property before our arrival and was readily available to answer any questions we had. Would stay here again!

Jim was a wonderful host. The rental was extremely clean upon our arrival and in a great location. Also, he quickly responded when we had questions and offered some helpful advice during our stay. We highly recommend renting from Jim.

The house is just 1 minute from the beach, so we really enjoyed our stay. There's a supermarket less than 10 minutes away by car and a amusement park for kids about 15 minutes away, which was great for the kids. We definitely recommend this house!

Great place to stay. Close to everything and having two bathrooms is very nice. We enjoyed our stay and the place feels bigger than it looks. The kitchen is a nice gathering area that can sit and feed a good family meal!

Our stay at Tom and Deb’s was spectacular! Their location is just 1 block to the beach (very helpful when you have little ones to bring back and forth) and within reaching distance to Barnacle Bills and all the great food options on 35. Their home was filled with all the amenities you could need. Their home didn’t feel like a rental, you walked in and felt right at home. We hope to be back next year!😎

It's a beautiful, clean, quiet, and comfortable place. Easy walk to the beach & local businesses. Shelley was helpful, and always responded quickly with any questions or needs we had. Already made plans to return next year.
