Monthly Rentals in Seabrook

second time staying here but this time also rented the bottom half of the house. the stairs down to the bottom part are old wooden stairs would not recommend for small children or older folks but overall the stay was perfect for a little family visit. very close to the beach and quiet neighborhood but during the summer the main road could get busy so plan ahead for that! Will be back!

This was such a beautiful place to stay. Check in and check out were easy. Joanne was easy to reach and quick to respond. Place is in a beautiful location with so many places to eat within walking distance and Hampton Beach 8 minute drive. Joanne’s place was so clean and cozy. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay at Tim’s place was incredible.. great location, super clean, and completely functional.. he did not miss a single thing that might be needed; kitchen items, bathroom towels, linens .. even the medicine cabinet was fully stocked with anything that might be needed. We would most definitely stay at Tim’s place again !

Nice cozy spot right next to the ballroom and 1 min walk to the beach!
