Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Seabright, Santa Cruz

As mentioned by others, the place is super comfortable, has a lot of amenities and is super close to the boardwalk and the downtown area. However, what really stood out to us was the host’s hospitality. They were super accommodating when we mentioned we’d be getting to Santa Cruz a little early and if we could use the bikes to go cruise around in the meantime. We only stayed for one night, but were able to enjoy a full day of fun because of that. We rode to Brommer park, played pickleball, went back to check in, headed out to eat, walked around and then went back to enjoy the spa and ping pong table. The whole house was spacious and the beds were super comfortable. Definitely recommend David’s place.

It’s small. There’s no kitchen or bathroom door. But it doesn’t really matter (she does tell you that before hand anyway)… the space made our stay incredible. $200 bucks a night to get to walk to the beach, to immerse yourself in what it could be like to live there was a real treat. A million Mahalos Vic and Leanne. We had an amazing time at your place in the Redwoods. First I want to say WOW, not only was this place clean, it was spotless. We felt like we were the first people who've ever stepped foot in the air bnb. Vic and Leanne had everything thing we needed and beyond. They really took their time when they put this place together. Their kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed to put our meals together and the grocery store was only a few minutes away. Via and Leanne also had a ton of wonderful tips in their welcome binder. The prime location of Vic and Leanne's place made daily trips to Henry Cowell state park a must. Vic and Leanne are amazing hosts who made my family feel welcome and right at home. This place is heaven in the Redwoods for sure. Aloha Vic and Leanne!

We enjoyed having 3 generations together in this home. There was lots of room to hang out together but also find a quiet spot. The back yard is private and relaxing

Kimberly is an amazing host, very organized and easy to reach and communicate. The house is spacious and airy, in a walking distance from the beach and Downtown. It is equipped with everything you might need and more. We had a wonderful time and we hope to come back again soon!

Mike’s place is really comfortable and home like. The neighborhood is quiet and private, room is easy to self check-in and spacious enough for 2 persons to stay, there’s also a beautiful little yard which is private and gives out a great feeling to start the day. This is a lovely place in the trees. The space was as pictured and described in the listing. Everything was comfortable, clean and the host was quite welcoming. I would recommend this space to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the trees.

Cute and clean in-law apartment located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood with walking distance to local hot spots. The host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. She responded quickly when questions arose. I would recommend this place for a great stay in Santa Cruz!

Nice hot tub and gas fireplace which we enjoyed every night! Our son is a surfer so we walked a couple blocks to the bluff to watch him. Great restaurants in the area and sites (surfing museum) to see. Abbot Square was a good venue to eat and enjoy music.

Hanna and Jimmys place was awesome! We came for a girls trip and their Airbnb made our trip even that much more special. The space was in a great location, spacious, and was very clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. :)

Fast easy check in. Place was great and as described. The host Dan was extremely helpful and responsive. The property is close to everything near the village. Plenty of room for the entire family. Wonderful condo nestled in the Pajaro Dunes Resort. We traveled with two elementary aged kids and they had a fantastic time. A great family getaway. We brought our own groceries and there was plenty of amenities in the kitchen for eating in every meal. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and beautiful views from the inside as well. We appreciated having the beach chairs & tennis items. The resort recreation area was a lot of fun and we spent several hours there. Comfortable beds and upgraded furnishings. Overall, a fantastic experience and we can’t wait to return again someday.

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

We’ve stayed at Pajaro Dunes before, but it’s been decades ago. Marc’s place was perfectly situated for privacy and views and was very clean and well appointed. The peacefulness and serenity were exactly what we were looking for. The beachy feel of the furnishings was charming and the unit included all that we needed including an upgraded and well furnished kitchen, a gas fireplace, a comfortable, king size bed and other essentials like extra blankets and a Kuerig coffee maker. Our only difficulty was when inadvertently trying to use the TV remote to change channels…Don’t Do That, Use the cable remote like it says in the instructions. Spent a thoroughly enjoyable four days here with side trips to Monterey and Carmel. Perfect home base for dining out and exploring the coast, and an excellent, proactive host.

We had a wonderful stay in Aptos! Hosts were very helpful, responsive, and flexible. You can tell they take great care of the house and think of all the details and amenities a visitor might need. Although we didn’t use the kitchen and bbq, everything you might need is there. The beds were very comfortable as well. The view is breathtaking, we even saw whales! It’s the perfect location to local restaurants, coffee spots, and grocery stores. Very close to Santa Cruz without the hustle and bustle. My family would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Jennifer’s Capitola Breeze (Unit B) is perfect for family gatherings and vacations. Absolutely convenient location for walking downtown, shopping, restaurants and beach access. Convenient garage parking. Condo includes amenities in every room. Jennifer (Host) provided detailed instructions and information that made us feel at home. She was responsive to any questions we had throughout our stay. Definitely a gem of a place to stay!!

This location is ideal for those who like easy access to hiking, walking, beach, pools etc. Also a short drive to Capitola, and Santa Cruz to the North. Views from the balcony are way better than the pictures. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

This was our second stay at Harbor House and it was just as great as we remembered it to be. Super easy check-in starts your stay on the right track. Perfect location, great parking, amazing view, friendly neighbors, amazing outdoor space and well-equipped kitchen and beach supplies make this better than most other properties. We will always return when visiting Santa Cruz.
