Very comfortable room, private toilet, bathroom, kitchen, all kinds, very recommended to stay.

Overall. This place is amazing, peaceful. Quiet, and homey. It felt like I was staying at my grandmas house and she gave us the keys. Spotless, floors squeaked a tad bit but that is part of the Japanese experience for us. (Maybe the floors were telling us to lose a few lbs) Snowy March weather was the cherry on top. Only downside to it is a 9 minute walk which, during the snow was rather long (mentally) but a cab is highly recommended to get to the bus stops, only around 600-700 yen and worth not walking in the snow again. You get more than what you pay for at this stay. The heaters and shower were inspirational for us renovating our home when we get back to the states. Book here and you won’t regret it.

Yasuhiro’s apartment is fantastic! It is very comfortable, spacious and has everything you need. On top of all of that, it is perfectly located right next to the drift ice boat terminal and the main shopping/eating district. Yasuhiro is very welcoming and generous, we felt right at home. He was also very quick to respond and accommodating. We loved our time in Abashiri! Thank you for everything Yasuhiro :)
