The Big Chill at Bethany Beach is our whimsical family beach house in the Clearwater community, just two miles from the Bethany Beach boardwalk. We've thought of everything so that you don't have to. Spacious bedrooms with fine bed and bath linens; fully stocked kitchen with cookware and spices; smart TVs and Nintendo Switch; lots of books and board games; screened-in porch and open-air deck; and comfortable furnishings throughout. Spend your days exploring the Delaware Coast and come home to a rustic Skoolie with a full kitchen & outdoor area. You have access to fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area. We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.

Charming, updated cottage. Wifi and space to work. Located between Bethany Beach, DE and Ocean City, MD, Fenwick is known as 'The Quiet Resort.' Two blocks to the beach. The cottage is the perfect size for a couple or small family. Sitting on a lovely, quiet block, between the ocean and the bay, the cottage is a quick walk to fine dining, pubs and shopping. The cottage comes with two beach chairs and an umbrella, an outdoor shower, and a beach parking pass.
