Located in a quiet neighborhood, you'll be a short 10 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants, bars, ice cream & coffee shops are also just steps away. The house includes a cabinet full of board games, a TV in every bedroom, complimentary wifi, updated appliances & central A/C. The house has reserved parking in the driveway and plenty of overflow parking is available. Linens, towels, paper/plastic products (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags), and soaps (dish, hand, & dishwasher) /laundry detergent are not provided. Some of these items might be leftover from prior guests. Pillows, comforters, and extra blankets are provided. Some beach chairs, beach towel rack and the lawn game corn hole available for use. Please bring any other additional beach supplies and towels needed. The first floor (ground) includes: a master suite with a full bath and mounted 50" smart tv, washer & dryer, and garage access. The second floor includes: a spacious living room with a mounted 65’’ smart TV, with live tv/cable and apps available, a dining area that seats 8 comfortably, and a kitchen with brand new appliances. The third floor includes: a master suite with a jack and jill bathroom & cable tv, a queen bed room with a tv and amazon fire stick, and a third bedroom with two twin beds and a tv with an amazon fire stick. The house is not kid proofed. If you are traveling with children, please monitor them during your stay. The minimum age of the guest making the reservation is 25 years old. The guest making the reservation must also be staying at the house with their party. No smoking or parties. Pets no longer allowed (including dogs) due to damages from past bookings. This property is meant to be inclusive and anti-racist. Everyone is welcome here. The requirements to book this property are to have a government I.D. linked to your Airbnb profile as well as having a positive review from a previous stay.

It is the perfect home for multi-generational guests, a few couples or a large family. It is decorated with relaxation in mind, using teals, blues and coastal prints. The Sand Pebble will be decorated for the Winter Holiday seasons. This home is pet-free to accommodate my family members and guests with extreme allergies.
