The beautiful and spacious apartment in the center of Ftan with wonderful views of the Lower Engadine mountains is located on the 1st floor of an Engadine apartment building with an attached stable. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the chairlift that leads to the Motta Naluns hiking and skiing area, which is connected to Scuol. Free parking is available on site.

This unique place has a style all its own. It is new, well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and a large balcony. Well located for skiing, some ski resorts can be reached in a short time. The bedroom has a box spring bed 180/200 cm for 2 people. For another 2 people, there is a sofa bed in the living room, so it would also be possible to book the loft with 4 people.

We are an active family with three children who like to spend their free time in the mountains with snowboarding, skiing and hiking. Finally, our dream of our own apartment came true.
