Very nice, modern and bright apartment in an absolutely quiet and central residential location near the adventure pool "Bogn Engiadina Scuol”. The beautiful old village part "Scuol-sot“ with the picturesque Engadine houses and the stop of the local ski bus are just a few minutes' walk away. The bright living room is equipped with a Sweden stove (wood is available) and a flat screen TV with satellite reception. From here you can reach the southern balcony (8 m2) with great views of the old village and the Lower Engadine Dolomites. In addition to a dishwasher, the modern kitchen also has an espresso coffee machine (Tassimo capsule system). The 2 spacious bedrooms are each equipped with 2 single beds with quality mattress slatted base. Two sanitary rooms (1 x bath/WC/Lavabo + 1 x shower/WC /Lavabo) contribute to the high living comfort. Beautiful cozy 2.5-room apartment on the second floor. Enjoy the unique view of the old village center as well as the mountains of Scuol and the national park on the terrace. You can park the car in front of the house for free in summer. There are two underground garages 2 minutes away. In winter, access to the house is difficult in fresh snow. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and large groups for family celebrations.

Our apartments are located in the complex of the Tulai holiday park. The building consists of 113 apartments. We have 10 apartments (all facing south) which we have completely renovated in recent years. The studio offers more than 50 m² of generous space for 2 people. They are modern and tastefully decorated and invite you to relax and enjoy.

We are an active family with three children who like to spend their free time in the mountains with snowboarding, skiing and hiking. Finally, our dream of our own apartment came true.
