Second visit to the barn and loved it even though I had to leave earlier than planned, fab location with lovely walks , will definitely be booking again.

My son and two young children were very happy with the house and thoughtful touches provided by Carol( snacks and toothpaste etc..exactly what they forgot!)The children loved the layout of the bedrooms. The ambience was really homely and cosy and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Karls house was perfect and very clean kitchen had everything you needed and more, will definitely stay back here when in the area for competitions

Absolutely great property and also location. Seafront and attractions were just over the train bridge, a five minute walk away. Trains were few and when in the property could t hear a thing. Property was clean and tidy and had all you needed, including tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and toiletries. Property also had a large dog crate which is an excellent inclusion as when we bring our own that takes up most of the boot. Garden is fully secure so dog can go out on its own. Parking an available outside house for free. Will definitely visit again.

We had a great stay. The place was exactly as described. Comfy beds and had everything we needed. Secure garden which was great for our dog too.

Michelle was very hospitable very responsive when I had any enquiries the property was pristine and homely the beds were comfortable even the kids slept the whole night through all in all it made a lovely Easter break visiting family thank you again Michelle. 5 stars and highly recommended.

We have absolutely loved Hedgehog cottage from the minute we arrived. So quiet and peaceful. Immaculately clean and nothing has gone unthought of. Dog blankets for the pooch, shower gels for the humans and even softener/ wash etc. we have extended our stay even longer as this is the perfect spot for us! The Sunday dinner at bricklayers is to die for and the fish and chips! We have yet to try pie night though!! Just the nicest hosts and always on hand to answer questions. Really comfy beds and loads of clean bedding etc in cupboard! 13/10

Great house to stay in for families or small groups. Superbly equipped with absolutely everything you needed. Excellent location. Extremely comfortable beds and linen that smelt fresh. Cozy living room to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. Pool table great addition (although photo slightly deceiving on size of it) Beautiful church pew for additional seating, although would question if needed as when playing pool you needed to put dining chairs somewhere which made it a little cramped. Was great to be able to take the dog and feel relaxed as the garden was secure and the baby gate on the stairs meant no little sneaky adventures were to be had. Christine and co were the perfect hosts…absolutely all information and questions were covered before arrival, checked in to make sure we were settled, and then left us in peace (without sounding rude lol) Recommended to anyone/any age (might just point out that stairs are quite steep) Thank you 🤩

Had a really lovely eater wknd. The lodge was spacious light and airy, the decor was really nice, and very clean. We had a very comfortable peaceful stay. The lodge was only a short walk to the main complex, & was really easy to access all the entertainment without having to book 1st which we found alot easier with the kids

A lovely few days in the impressive Diamond House. Plenty of space, excellent facilities, felt very welcome. We will certainly be looking to return in the future. Thank you.

As a first time at an AirBnB, this was a remarkable experience. After constantly looking into places to stay in Grimsby due to a personal endeavour, louise makes a lovely, hospitable host whom will make any guest at her Chalet/ properties satisfied and comfortable, especially with overseer Keith who was very humbling to say the least to take care of myself throughout the stay. With the property right on the sea front and a back view to die for, I'm very confident I would like to return if she would allow so. The experience was sublime with its simplistic yet rustic aesthetic, especially the fireplace! I wasn't able to try all the bells and whistles but it's fair to say, Louise has thought about everyone. If there is anything I could mark down, is the lack of heating in the adult bedroom (expected due to strong gustly winds from the sea at about 45hmph and it being December) which made it bitterly cold in mornings. Aside that, it was absolutely captifying, thank you Louise & Keith!

Great location. Would have been nice to have been informed that the pool, bar and restaurant have been closed since May due to a fire

We had an amazing stay at Michael's Airbnb over the weekend, enjoying a perfect staycation! The house was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, accommodating all 11 of us with ease. It was ideal for families, with thoughtful amenities for kids, parents, and even babies. We loved the privacy the property provided—perfect for our karaoke sessions that lasted well into the night! The layout was perfect, with plenty of bathrooms for convenience, and two cozy living rooms that suited both adults and children. The kitchen was stunning—well-equipped and aesthetically pleasing. While the heated pool was a great feature, the rainy weather kept us indoors. Nonetheless, we still made use of the BBQ grill and hoping to come back in the summer to enjoy everything this place has to offer. Michael was an outstanding host—welcoming, generous, and friendly. He was responsive to our queries and prompt with replies. Overall, we had an unforgettable and fun experience!

What a wonderful location and accommodation. The Haven location has all of the amenities that allow you never to travel out. However, the accommodation is brilliantly situated, surrounded by beaches, all of the attractions of the British seaside and a short road journey from impressive shopping opportunities. I would highly recommend this location/ accommodation to all friends and family. A truly relaxing break away.

Had a great stay over the weekend in the caravan. It was clean and tidy, and had everything we needed for the weekend. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the beach, places to eat, and a shop so great location too. Thanks for having us and being dog friendly! (we brought a blanket etc but it had extra towel and blankets for the dog too which came in handy) and a secure little decking with table/chairs which meant he could sit out and watch everyone go by which he enjoys. We had a lovely weekend, the perfect location to explore Louth which is a beautiful and friendly town. Peaceful walks from the doorstep. Guy’s place is very comfortable and has everything we needed, we felt completely at home. Highly recommended, thank you Guy and Julie

second time staying here, was just how we remembered it and will definitely return in the future close to all amenities and some lovely places to walk our dog, lots of lovely dog friendly places to go with some fantastic beer gardens and plenty of different choices of food. in all a perfect place to spend a few nights for a chilled out weekend

My children, dog and I had a wonderful two night's at Henny's! It is such a sweet house full of cottage character and a peaceful setting. We were hardly aware that we were at the bottom of Henny's garden. Lovely additional things include a little private rear garden overlooking fields and the big Lincolnshire sky, with bench swing and garden house.

I cannot recommend this accommodation enough. It was absolutely perfect! And the host was fabulous! Lots of treats and extras, even for the dogs too. The accommodation is of a very high standard, with a huge long garden. Plenty of room for a game of football with the grandchildren. Our mini break was extremely relaxing, we felt very welcome and will definitely be booking again.

Nickys Carvan was as explained in the listing. we meessaged later in the day to rent her spot and got a reply very quick. checking in should of been no later than 1900 however they were flexible with us as be turned up at 2100 nicky put bread milk eggs and cheese in the fridge was great as we arrived late and were hungry. we meet nicky the next evening and was such a pleasure highly recommend this place to anyone looking for somewere to spend a few days and the hosts wwere fantastic.
