The Herb Cottage is located on a spacious area with trees, gardens, a pond, and hiking trail. Enter the Cottage to the living room with a dining table, comfy sofa/sleeper, and TV. The bedroom has a queen bed and TV. A convection double oven, cooktop, and dishwasher will cook a delicious meal. The breakfast room has a dining table and microwave. Setup your laptop in the office and relax in a comfortable work area. The "Vintage room" has a TV, washer/dryer, rockers, sofa/sleeper and the “loom”.

There is a dock with lake access (not great to swimming from shore), and local boat rentals available. 30 mins to downtown Minneapolis/Airport/Stadium/Mall of America. Only AirBnB guests allowed on the premises, no exceptions. 4 reserved guests maximum, including children. Not suitable for toddlers. No parties, no events or gatherings. The owner, Tracy, stays in the rv at times. RV sits 120’ from house (not garage). RV blinds closed & I respect guests privacy at all times.

The door between the levels is locked. This space boasts a gorgeous, new bathroom, new kitchen, huge flat screen tv, 2 large bedrooms, with the dining room and living room connected.
