I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was at The Modern Farm Loft. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The loft is light, spacious, and very comfortable. Griff (Orvil) and Kristan were very thoughtful in the amenities provided for a guest, and all of the amenities were readily available. Griff and Kristan were amazing hosts! They were responsive, flexible, and helpful. Also, they made great recommendations and guidance for enjoying various activities. They are lovely hosts and people. The Modern Farm Loft is definitely on our favorites list.

this is our third visit to Pine Knoll But our 1st stay in Pony Point, so charming and great for 5 adults to enjoy our stay. We love the peacefulness and being surrounded by the horses. Her decorating taste is so beautiful. We always look forward to staying here when we are in for events at Kentucky Horse Park. so convenient and feels like staying at our own home in the country❤️

Our family, especially our kids, loved staying at this house on an actual working horse farm. Jim invited us to his barn in the back, and the kids were able to pet and feed the horses. There were 3 baby foals that were just born, so that was neat to see. 3 other horses were pregnant, too. He said it was the pregnancy barn, so anyone staying will more than likely see newborns, too. The home was very clean and well decorated in horse-themed artwork, etc. The bathroom and kitchen were newly renovated, so nice and clean. We have 3 children, so having the two beds and the pull-out was great to have. We ended up staying here when we visited Keeneland and the KY Horse Farm. Our kids said the best part of their whole trip was staying here and seeing the horses, as well as the Horse park. If you are planning on doing any horse-related activities, this is the best place to stay near Lexington!

Great place to stay on the bourbon trail! Easy to find with lots of street parking. Camille was a responsive host and provided a clean and cozy space.
