Lovely old house! Seems historic in some way - I would have enjoyed some info on the area in one of those binders people have in site - like how old is the house, interesting history of the Mississippi in that area etc. The beds were fantastic!

The cottage is a wonderful place to stay. It is short walk/drive from downtown LeClaire. It has beautiful views of the river both inside and outside. It is cozy and warm and feels like a home away from home. It also has lots of outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful weather. One of our favorite places to go.

Stayed at Alex’s house again but this time for a lot longer. Alex is a great host. Very responsive when needed. Love the house. Gives off the feeling of being at home. Of course our Shar-Peis loved the backyard. Hope to stay here again when we head back to Moline.

The house was impeccably clean, the kitchen stocked with all the essentials, and the bathrooms stocked with plush towels and thoughtful amenities. At night, I sank into luxuriously comfortable mattresses dressed in crisp linens. Outside, the serene, tree-lined neighborhood mirrors the same MCM charm. Donna’s curated décor and thoughtful touches elevated the experience from fantastic to unforgettable. A nice place for my weekend stay. All the comforts of home in a convenient location. Parking in back was a nice feature as the street parking is tight. Everything clean and had a place. Decor was awesome and gaming a great option at night. Enjoyed the outdoor space and was fairly quiet considering how close the rental is to downtown area. Thank you Nick!

I’ll start off by saying our group and I couldn’t have found a better place than this! We all drove about 5 1/2 hours to Colona for a dart tournament. It was absolutely perfect for us! It was clean, cozy, spacious and everything in between. The jetted tub in the bathroom was super relaxing after a long day. The back patio with a table and chairs was also a nice touch to sit out there and soak the sun up. We all had a great time and will be booking again in the future. Thank you so much to the hosts for sharing this lovely home.

Second time staying here and would still highly recommend it. The king sized bed is a nice upgrade from the queen bed last time. Kimberly’s place is always squeaky clean and quiet. We appreciate the snacks that were left out for us. We are looking forward to staying here again.
