Cozy upstairs apartment, 1/2 mile away from the Village of East Davenport. This is a tiny spot, but perfect for a weekend stay or a work week trip. Radiant heat, and a lovely view of the neighborhood and sometimes peek of the river. Free Roku , and Disney+! (no local channels) WiFi Kitchen cook wear, utensils and complementary coffee and tea with to go cups for early mornings. LGBTQ+ friendly.🏳️‍🌈 Owner occupied with young noisy children in the rest of the house. No shared space, we share walls.

The lower-living space is 1000+ sq ft in the lower level of our ranch house. It is very quiet and private. The front door is shared and is just 2 steps to the AirbNb entrance. We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.

The place is close to St. Ambrose, Genesis West, Restaurants, 5 min from Palmer, Downtown and Mississippi Valley Fair grounds, 12 min from Augustana and 14 min from the Vibrant Arena.

This tiny historic cottage is great for a quick night, but perfect for class reunions, weddings and the John Deer Classic!

We had a great time at Brandi’s place. It was what every Airbnb should be modeled after. Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed for a great stay. We did hear the upstairs neighbor just moving around and that took some getting used to but was fine after that. We were also worried we were making too much noise for them. We were aware from the post there was an upstairs rental so it wasn’t surprising. The rental sits on an active street. It was hard at times to enter and leave with the car but manageable. We could not hear noise from outside when we were inside the rental. Overall it was a 5 star stay!!!

The open living and dining area features a cozy gas fireplace and a comfortable sofa, complemented by a stylish armchair. A wooden table with matching chairs invites meal sharing, while three framed wall art pieces add character to the space. Natural light filters through the window treatments.

Bettendorf Gem: 2BR Condo w/ King Bed & Garage

My son had a basketball tournament in Bettendorf. This couldn't have been better for us. It was centrally located to where we could get to the tournament as well as grab a meal with ease. The townhome was quiet and comfortable as could be. Given the size of this tournament and knowing that all hotels were likely full - and loud - this was the perfect alternative. Highly recommend.

Cozy 3BR Retreat | Modern Finish & Great Location

My wife and I made a last minute trip to the QCs and thankfully found Lisa and Jon’s home. They were very accommodating in getting it cleaned and turned around for our check in date. The home is all new inside - new floors, carpeting, paint, and appliances. It was very comfortable for us. The home can easily have many more than 2 people. There were 4 beds and a sleeper sofa. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio, which had nice seating. The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood, and very close to a bike/walking path. We recommend!

Dave was an amazing host always very responsive and made sure we didn’t need anything. This was our very first Airbnb and it exceeded our expectations future hosts definitely have big shoes to fill. We were here to fish and that’s exactly what we did. Our kids enjoyed all the board games that were available. The home was very cozy and had everything we needed from kitchen and bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.
