Great spot! Wished we could have stayed longer!!!

This home was an absolute gem, comfortable and charming. It is directly in the middle of rock island and made traveling to the cities easy. It was quiet and WELL prepared with towels and additional kitchen accommodations. I had a perfect stay. Thank you!

At first the outside and area may make you feel like you are in a bad/unsafe area, but this is b/c its in an up and coming area. Overall felt safe, once I got comfortable. You are in super easy walking distance of the weekend Farmers Market, which I highly recommend. You could walk to all the bars and resturants down on 3rd, but I did a quick drive, might be too far to walk in fancy shoes. The hosts were super responsive, helped when I had questions. Explained the auto locks well. The room was good air and kept cool. Bed was extremely soft and comfortable. Made some suggestions DM to hosts to help improve the environment of the place but overall would stay here again. Big space for only 1 full bed, so plenty of floor and other spaces for additional guests, like a long couch in 1 and a short couch in another space, but no doors, one long open space with some partition walls, so you wouldn't have privacy for bedrooms or couches, but you would be separated with room. Recommend

Great location, great accommodations, responsive hosts. If you’re seeking to stay in the middle of the underrated coolness of downtown Davenport, this is a perfect location. It’s rare that an Air B&B meets or exceeds expectations; this booking certainly exceeded mine and was a tremendous value.

The Nelson Lofts stay was a great stop for myself and my little family! Everything was immaculately clean and exactly as described. Tim was a very communicative, responsive host that provided clear instructions.

Renae was a great host for us, always being very responsive with clear instructions. Place was exactly as described and had everything we need.....and more! Place was close to so much to do within walking distance to enjoy the nice days we had, will stay there again when we visit. Also, had some of the nicest bath towels we had ever felt!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the view of the river was an added bonus. Wonderful location for breweries, restaurants, and lovely movie theater.

the unit is absolutely beautiful and perfectly suited for a visit. Word to the wise though, there is not much in downtown. Wouldn't have been a problem but my luggage didn't make it until the next day which apparently happens a lot at Quad Cities according to everyone I talked to. Had to tip my Uber driver extra to stop at a gas station for toothbrush and toothpaste. Public transport and ride-sharing​ are pretty sparse as well so rent a car ahead of time if you need to get around. Hosts responded immediately. Super easy access with hosts clear instructions. recommend breakfast at the QC Coffee & Pancakes about a block away for a good breakfast after a rough flight.

This was our second stay at Terri’s house while traveling for work. The space is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was clear and timely. The location worked well for our needs, and we would consider staying here again if in the area.

It was the perfect spot for me and my dog. It was clean and provided all that I needed for my stay. The hosts were very responsive anytime I had a question. I will be visiting my daughter again and hope that it is available.

The apartment was just right for our week stay in Moline.

It was a great little weekend getaway - stress-free and beautiful little space that was ideal for our family of 3. We loved the thoughtfully carved out nooks for everything we needed - workspace for my teenage son and a bed for him, small but useful kitchen with everything we needed to cook our simple meals, table for 3 and cozy lounging area with a super comfy couch for watching movies or just relaxing. Thoughtful, chill and responsive host who laid out simple, clear-cut and logical rules, which were easy to follow and un-intrusive. Who wants to stress out about rules or coddling your host on vacation or work trip? Thanks so much, Brandi, for sharing your home with us!
