Der Vermieter ist gewerblich. Daniel, der sich um das Anwesen kümmert, war aber sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Was uns auch sehr gefreut hat war das Mineralwasser in Glasflaschen, das bereits im Kühlschrank auf uns gewartet hat. Die Lage war wirklich besonders schön mit Blick bis zum Meer und in die Berge und sehr ruhig. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Mückengitter an den Fenstern waren sehr gut und auch nötig. Wenn man von Mücken bevorzugt wird, sollte man an Mückenabwehrmittel und elektrische Stichheiler denken mitzunehmen. Die Matratzen der Betten waren meinem Mann leider zu hart. Ein optionaler weicher Matratzen Topper könnte da einfache Abhilfe schaffen. Der Garten war groß und alles war sauber gepflegt, aber leider war nicht ein einziger blühender Strauch vorhanden. Ein paar bunte Oleander, einige Lavendel und Rosmarin würden dem leeren Garten wirklich gut tun. Alles in allem war es ein erholsamer Aufenthalt, wir haben uns gut entspannt. Danke Daniel!

Il paradiso in terra. ll luogo è meraviglioso, in mezzo alla campagna e alla tranquillità, la casa è molto bella e accessoriata con tutto quello che serve e lo spazio esterno è a dir poco stupendo. Irena gentile e disponibile. Renè una persona squisita. Spero di ritornarci in futuro.

Impeccabile, casa nuova e ben arredata. Attenzione ai dettagli e gentilezza da parte della proprietaria di casa. Il vicinato è molto tranquillo e la casa è fresca. Ho apprezzato la quiete e anche mia figlia ha dormito benissimo alla Perla Blu.

Il proprietario è sempre disponibile anche nel fare lasciare i bagagli in orario anticipato tispetto al check in. Ha risposto rapidamente te alle i formazioni richieste i fase di prenotazione. Appartamento to spazioso e pulito.

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

It was evident from the beginning that Fabrizio’s number one goal is to provide first class service to his guests. If you are looking for a beautiful home in a rural setting you won’t be deposited. As grandparents, my wife and I were looking for a place to spend quality time with our adult children, their spouses, and our grandchildren ages 8-14, and at the same time experience Italy from a rural perspective before going to Rome. Our stay in Massa Fermana was full of great experiences: truffle hunting, Italian cooking class and dinner for the entire family with our cook and her husband in their rural home, wineries, restaurants, gelaterias, seaside visit, travel to historic sites. and much more. Since it was the beginning of Olive harvest, we picked olives from the olive trees on our hosts property and although we were not able to have the olives pressed for oil due to time constraints, Fabrizio gave us a bottle of fresh pressed olive oil from the first harvest of the area.

Das Haus ist ein absolutes Schmuckstück, hervorragend ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Alleinlage in wunderschöner Landschaft lässt einen zur Ruhe kommen und sich sofort zuhause fühlen. Die vielen schönen Sitzgelegenheiten in dem herrlich angelegtem Garten und dem Pool bieten viel Möglichkeiten sich zu entspannen. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort war unheimlich nett und sehr hilfsbereit, Check in und out waren völlig unkompliziert. Janet war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Definitiv eines der schönsten Häuser, die ich je gemietet habe. Leider waren wir nur eine Woche da, aber wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, so das möglich ist.

Valentina and Marco have a lovely place at the quiet end of Citanova Marche. We were a group of 4 adults, an infant and a dog and we were comfortable and felt well cared for. Valentina and Marco accommodated a late check out and provided a lovely crib and high chair. Very responsive and kind - thanks for a pleasant stay!
