Wow! Absolutely amazing, fantastic location - very quiet surrounded by countryside yet less than 15mins walk into Coronado, which is amazing (so clean, lots of history, great places to eat, just wonderful) Our hosts could not have been kinder and more helpful, Massimo and his Dad are just wonderful people.

Beautiful house. Lots of places to sit back and relax. Picturesque views of multiple hilltop towns. Everything you need and more in the kitchen. Helpful, very friendly and responsive host that made great recommendations. Would highly recommend and we will be returning!!

Everything was perfect! The experience was beautiful, the house and the surrounding area are even more beautiful live than I expected, inside there was everything you need and even more. But above all, the hosts were impeccable from the first moment to the last. Very quick to respond, proactive, very helpful, very kind and very patient despite our great delay in the time we had requested for check-in. I couldn't recommend it more.

The first thing I would like to emphasize is that Giorgio is the ideal host: I would like all hosts to be like him, accurate, kind, available at all times. The villa she made available to us was as if no one had ever set foot on us; nice construction, well furnished in every detail, equipped with every possible accessory, including an air fryer!! State-of-the-art air conditioning system and a nice very clean pool and kept almost maniacally. We had not had any problems on dates, I would have requested availability for the entire month. My family, including the 3-year-old grandchild, was also very satisfied with the vacation. We all want to thank Giorgio for having us spend a holiday in August with absolute satisfaction.

Beautiful stay, beautiful surroundings, lots to do nearby, signore Claudio & DH Villas are always helpful! Used by the chef at home service which was also very tasty! Absolutely recommended.

Fab host and fab place.

Rossana's house is exactly as shown in the photos, maybe even more beautiful. We stayed as 4 couples and the very large open space living area allowed us to pleasantly spend the days all together while the 4 bedrooms complete with en-suite bathroom allowed us to have the right privacy when needed. The house is brand new, modern in construction and furnishings, bright and very clean. Sheets and towels are provided and the kitchen and dining room are also complete with everything you need. The area is secluded and quiet, we literally loved the surrounding landscape. The owner was not present during our stay but Emanuela welcomed us impeccably and did not fail to give us advice and recommendations on the area. Finally, exceptional value for money. We will definitely be back!!!

Filippo is very friendly person, he was still on the phone. He gives to us good tips. We were feeling on his house as in our home. Vila is cosy place, with huge garden. Everything was clean and enough towels were prepared for us. The best was view from home. Also Filippo cleans the swimming pool every evenening, therefore the pool is in great condition. Also we can reccomend a great restaurant Montecucco approx. 600metres from villa. I can very reccomend this accomodation ;-)

A pretty terraced house in the enchanting old town of Recanati! Wonderful tranquility, short distances, comfortable amenities and very nice and caring hostess! The city is on the hill and the view from Antonietta's house is so beautiful - an incredible expanse, the Mediterranean roofs and the good atmosphere of the city. Everything highly recommended.

A wonderful experience in Fano! We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Fano, which turned out to be perfect in every way! The location is really strategic: in a few minutes you can reach both the historic center and the beach, allowing us to make the most of everything the city has to offer. The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos: clean, with attention to the smallest details and equipped with every necessary comfort. A welcoming environment that made us feel right at home. A special thanks to the host Stefano, always available and very kind, ready to offer advice and assistance for any need. In addition, we really appreciated the welcome reserved for our four-legged friends: not only were they welcome, but there was a real enthusiasm in receiving them! We look forward to returning and recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to experience an unforgettable stay in Fano!

We stayed for the All Saints' Day holiday with the family, nice big apartment and new furniture! Like the photos! Beautiful view in a peaceful setting, convenient for visiting the villages, Recanati and Loreto! Parking in the backyard!

Among all the apartments I stayed in, this was the most equipped (hairdryer, washing machine, iron, playing cards, coffee machine, chairs and outdoor table...) and also complete with everything you may need in the kitchen (tablecloth, burazzi, scotch, salt, coffee, oil...numerous new pots and pans) and in the bathroom ( soap, laundry detergent...). Also worth noting: the internal parking with an automatic gate, the proximity of a bakery and a grocery store. The only negative note is the provincial road that passes under the house and can be a little annoying. But otherwise the apartment is in a very convenient location for those who want to visit the Conero area and the surrounding countries.

Alessandro welcomed us into his home cordially and amicably, briefly explaining the services and directions of the house, an available person, giving full freedom in compliance with the rules. The house itself is beautiful, clean and with all the rooms air-conditioned, in summer it is definitely a positive note, The large, well-kept and fenced garden with an evening atmosphere to enjoy dinners with friends, and for those who also have dogs, well I'll let you imagine their joy (mine was very happy!!). Thanks again to Alessandro and his whole family!

We spent 12 wonderful days with five people (2 adults, 3 children aged 2, 4 and 6) with Francesco and his family. The house, the grounds, the pool correspond to the pictures and descriptions - it is beautiful and very private. The amenities and cleanliness of the house are of a high standard and in line with the price. The ventilation system of the house is completely sufficient and very pleasant even for the high temperatures in August. House and furnishings are very stylish, matching the area, sustainable and made of high-quality materials. The natural pool is fantastic, clean and perfectly designed. The entire outdoor area is in an amazing condition and well maintained. Francesco, his sister and his parents are very accommodating people, always eager to give tips for the area, the beach and restaurants. They are very reserved and respect the privacy of their guests.

I stayed at this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the heart of the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the rooftops of the historic center — really impressive! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to get around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

The accommodation matches the description, is on three floors and is equipped with everything you need in both the kitchen and bathroom. Christian is really helpful and takes care of his guests in a professional and courteous manner. Having to report the only "negative" thing that we discovered only upon our arrival and on which the owner is already working is the poor telephone line or internet network. Even using the phone hotspot it was not possible to use the internet on the PC because the phones (of different operators) did not have reception. However, a stable connection will soon be available, I only recommend, in case you think it is necessary, to make sure of it. For the rest, check-in and check-out are very simple, quiet area but close to services (bus stop right outside the gate) and small touches that made us feel at home, such as chocolates and a bottle of wine that were offered to us. The view the view bloody hell this view is gorgeous. Better than any Tuscan hillside I’ll tell you that. What’s more Paolo and his whole family with their Italian charm made us feel connected to Le Marche. Beautiful lakes nearby & incredible beaches in the national park an hour away in the ancona province. Notable restaurants to recommend would be: Bar-Chiosco-Trattoria Valleverde at a nearby lake or ristorante dal Silvio which is where the best beaches are. We finished the trip with a pizza night using Paolos oven. The whole family came as well as our neighbours from Milan. Great place definitely recommend 💎❤️❤️

We had a fantastic stay in Lucia's place in Castelfidardo. The apartment is stylish, very clean, and comfortable. The garden was a real highlight, with amazing views of the hills. The location is ideal, peaceful and quiet, close to Ancona and great for exploring the area either by car or bike. Lucia and her parents are wonderful hosts, super friendly and always reachable with helpful tips. A very nice experience which we highly recommend and would love to return in the future. We were looking for weekend relaxation, we couldn't find better. Accommodation surrounded by greenery in the immediate hinterland of Ancona, whose center can be reached in ten minutes. Roberto and Mattia welcomed us "as old friends," accompanying us to the accommodation (of which we were immediately struck by the extreme order and cleanliness) and providing us with valuable information about restaurants, routes to take, and sites to visit in Ancona. An observation (which is a note of merit) already expressed verbally to Roberto and which can be useful to everyone: the photos do not fully reflect the beauty of the place and that of the apartment, a beauty that is much more appreciable in person. In short, to conclude, an extremely satisfying experience, of which I cannot find any negative aspect. Sincere compliments for the professionalism and friendliness of the hosts... not everyone has it.

Lucio's house was perfect for our vacation between the sea and walks in the hills and woods, the outdoor space great for us and especially for our 5 dogs, which Lucio was so nice to host with us. The house is beautiful and well-kept, the garden is an oasis of peace from which to admire the sunset. Lucio was also very kind and diligent in solving small problems due to the rain and cold of the first days. Beautiful vacation

This is the third time we have returned to the coast of the conero and we are very happy with this choice. The house is very comfortable but we were almost always in the beautiful garden with sea views, cool and ventilated even on hot days thanks to the elevated location with respect to the sea. The comfortable beach of Marcelli is a few minutes away by car but if you want a little adventure there are many wildest beaches within walking distance.

Cozy house, equipped with everything and full of functional spaces, both indoors and outdoors. Great for groups of friends or large families. Patrizia was always very helpful and responsive. Super recommended!
