Family home on a corner lot.

TracyRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Lovely home in an affluent Portsmouth neighborhood in close proximity to Franklin Blvd. Very tastefully decorated. 3 bedrooms with a full bath upstairs. Another half bath located on the main floor. A very nice den with exercise area and laundry located in the basement. The dining room has been updated to seat 6 (not 4 as shown in the listing's photos). My family felt right at home! Sherry was extremely gracious to allow a last-minute date change modification due to an extenuating family circumstance. She was very accommodating. We look forward to staying with Sherry again!
A comfortable living area is presented with a leather sofa and matching recliner, offering a relaxed seating arrangement. A wooden coffee table sits centrally, and large windows allow natural light to illuminate the space, revealing scenic views of the Ohio River beyond.

Absolutely perfect location for a trip home to see family! The home is stocked to the brim with things to do on the colder days, right on the river with a beautiful view and several outdoor sitting areas to gather around a cozy fire. They even decorated the home for the holidays, our kids were beside themselves. Rich is always very easy to get ahold of in case you need help with anything and a wonderful host, highly recommend!!

The Roundabout Cabin near Portsmouth, Ohio

JeremyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had an amazing time staying here! It's such a unique space and a great way to spend our 17th wedding anniversary. There was a tornado warning on night 2 but the shower fit us both and I think was the perfect shelter place in case you come across the same situation. We had a fire while looking out over the water and enjoying the quiet. There are neighbors near by but you really can't tell. What I think was really cool - there was a robin that came to visit every morning, she hung out by the living room window and would tap to let us know she was there. The gardens were absolutely gorgeous and I felt like we traveled back in time to a less busy, less stressful world. It was extremely relaxing. Thank you so much!
