Included: spacious loft with a reading area and queen size bed, small bedroom on the first floor with a twin bed, 1 full bath, 1 car garage, and an outdoor fire pit. Centrally located between Portsmouth, Wheelersburg, and Piketon, Ohio.

Boat ramps that enter into the Ohio River and Kinniconick Creek (that leads to the river) are just a few miles away. You are within a 15 minute drive to gather any supplies/needed groceries. As owners we can be available for any issue or concerns within minutes.

Parking on left side driveway before bridge if needed for heavy vehicles or trailers. Cars and standard trucks may cross without difficulty.

Relax by the fire pit, play a game of corn hole, swing in the hammock, or unwind inside with all the comforts of home! Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please note we can only allow small dogs (under 30 pounds).
