The 47 m² are divided into anteroom, bedroom, first-class kitchen-living room, with sofa bed, toilet, storage room and bathroom with bathtub plus shower. From noon onwards, you can enjoy the sun on the beautiful, spacious balcony. The elevator takes our guests to the second floor, where our lovingly furnished apartment is located.

The newly built house is located in a quiet location 20km outside of Linz. The best and easiest way to reach it is via the motorway A7 exit Engerwitzdorf or by train from the station Lungitz. You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Final cleaning for free.
