Family-friendly vacation rentals in Schwedt

We were there with 16 people on New Year's Eve and everyone enjoyed it very much. Very clean and modern. The rooms on the ground floor all had en-suite bathrooms. On the upper floor, 2 rooms each have shared a bathroom. There was a veranda where we all fit in and which you could heat with a heating mushroom. You had to pay a €250 fee for this. We would go there again and again.

We had a house for 3 and could relax very well, although the house is very brightly lit. It didn't bother us that sometimes you could hear louder conversations, but it might be a little exhausting for others. We used the hot tub and sauna, which was very pleasant at temperatures around 0°C. Note: We had to invest a lot of time and wood in the hot tub. We heated for almost 8 hours to bring 5°C cold water to 34°C. Then covered it overnight and continued in the morning, as the water was still 32°C. Maybe we were too careful at the beginning. In the end, we only used about €20 worth of wood for the hot tub.

Everything perfect! Big, cosy house with a nice big balcony. Excellent communication with the owner. Easy access and strategic location for the fair. Always remains our first choice when we come to Berlin on business.

Everything was fine and as described. The hostess was very nice and welcomed us personally and explained everything, and was always available afterwards. If you want to enjoy a few spa days, I highly recommend the apartment. Quiet location and you are undisturbed.

Great location right in nature and individual swimming spot 5 minutes away. Many opportunities for nature lovers and self-catering (well-equipped kitchen). A lot of fruit collected on walks and baked delicious cakes.

Thank you for the beautiful, clean, tidy and spacious apartment with everything we could have hoped for and more. We felt completely at home and any questions we had were answered quickly. Public transport is really close and it is easy to get anywhere in the city. Alexandra definitely delivered the goods and in a big way.

Beautiful large house for large groups with wood-based private hot tub and sauna.

A great place to explore Berlin, we soon figured out the underground and visited so many places. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and were allowed to leave our bags until check in. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay, beds were made and fresh towels provided, with a coffee machine. There is an Aldi within a couple of minutes walk and the local bar was super friendly, we even played on the play area outside. If you do say please read the instructions on public transport tickets it’s very strict. 3 x Under 12s are free on an adult ticket

We had the best stay, was a perfect apartment for a girls trip, was super clean, lots of areas to get ready, lots of mirrors and places to sleep. Would highly recommend 😁

The location of the house was central, very close to the metro, we were able to walk to the museum island and the wall. Soon there were plenty of restaurant options and affordable prices. But there were neighborhoods in Berlin that we liked a lot more, so think about the location well. The house was quite spacious, we were 3 people, but 5 people can stay comfortably, it was decorated very nicely, the balcony was very successful, there was an underfloor heating system, and we did not get cold on cold days. Since the house is big, it is harder to manage its cleanliness, I think, the kitchen could have been cleaner. But overall we had a nice time, thank you so much for everything.

For the 2nd time we had booked the place and it was all wonderful again! The location to the S-Bahn with which you are quickly in the city center or at the airport and the quiet surroundings are top. There was nothing missing in the house. Glad to come back!

The stay was just wonderful – exactly the kind of peace and quiet you want after the hustle and bustle of a big city. The idyllic location and the fantastic view ensured pure relaxation and immediately put us in a vacation mood. As a group, it was incredibly difficult for us to leave this lovingly furnished house after only two days – we felt so comfortable. A special highlight was the generous barbecue facility, which gave us cozy evenings in the open air. If you value peace, comfort and a warm, inviting atmosphere, this is the place to be. We will definitely be happy to come back and highly recommend this place!

Flexible check-in, Henry & his wife were very nice and hospitable. Great with kids as they can play outside without worry. We were able to cook there and make ourselves comfortable. We were 2 children, 2 adults & a baby. We found it very cozy.

We loved the place! An apartment at the first floor, with everything one could wish for including coffee both expresso machine with beans provided by the host, and nesspresso with capsules, also provided by the host! I have never seen a such well endowed kitchen, plenty of cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, all size and shapes. We got a welcome cake and wine, and water, which were very good and welcome as we got late in the afternoon at the apartment. The place was very nicely decorated with care and attention to details, and for a family is the perfect place to stay in Berlin as it is close to bus station and also to supermarkets. The pool and sauna are a nice touch and also very clean and with all the towels and bathrobes needed. The yard was nice but it was too cold to use it, but in the summer should be great to sit outside in the evenings. Thank you Marga, we loved our vacation in Berlin and staying in your apartment was one of the highlights of our journey.

We had a great stay. The house was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. I loved the retro feel to the place! Would definitely recommend and stay again next time I’m in Germany.

We enjoyed our stay at Aaron’s Artsy Apartment very much! It was centrally located, a quiet neighborhood, the kitchen was very well stocked and our teenage kids enjoyed crashing on the comfy sofas and the loft. Aaron was very friendly and flexible during our check in and he had wonderful suggestions of restaurant ideas close to the apartment. Aaron’s English was amazing! That was a bonus for our family speaking only a little German visiting our daughter studying abroad. On Wisconsin!

The place was just great! Everything was super clean, lovingly decorated and really nothing was missing. You can tell the host goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Surroundings is quiet and ideal for unwinding. Communication was quick and easy. I can only recommend the place, would book again anytime.

It's a perfect place to relax from the big city. Especially the combination of garden, sauna, fireplace and swimming pool are unbeatable.

The house had 3 nice bedrooms a super well equipped kitchen, it felt home very rapidly. The open space with three dining room and living was very spacious and comfortable and the garden is very nice. The pool was a very nice addition. Depending what your plans are, keep in mind the house is about 15 minutes walk from the S-Bahn. So going in Berlin downtown can take 49-50 minutes. We ended up spending more time in the area than expected and enjoying beautiful hiking and walking spaces.
