Within walking distance is a snow-covered ski resort with blue, red and black slopes, as well as a toboggan run (Kellerjochbahnen). The hut has been carefully restored and has a wonderful atmosphere. 4 guests can sleep in beds, 4 more on mattresses above the room. Bedding and towels are available for 4 people.

The apartment in the listed old mountain court of the town of Schwaz is located slightly elevated below Freundsberg Castle. Right outside the door is a terrace and parking for one vehicle overlooking the stream flowing past the house and the castle. The stream garden can be used with other guests. In summer, the easily accessible stream with its small waterfalls is a welcome refreshment.
