Our brand-new, tranquil 40 m² apartment is within walking distance of the centre of Strobl and Lake Wolfgang. From the balcony, you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape. We provide you with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, stove, dishwasher), children cots, air condition, a washing machine with a dryer, a towel radiator, a bathtub for a relaxing bath, and a garage parking space. Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

The newly built studio in our farmhouse offers everything for a relaxing vacation and is modernly equipped with everything you need for a vacation. A picnic basket breakfast is possible on request at any time. You can choose from three different variants. From May 2025, there will be a sauna and hot tub in the garden with wonderful views of the mountains. Deck chairs and seating invite you to linger in the garden.

The bike ferry to St. Wolfgang is in the immediate vicinity. Ideal location for water sports, hiking, cycling, climbing, paragliding, skiing and Christmas market. Salzburg and Hallstatt are reachable in 40min each by car.
