The apartment is ideally located for many activities in summer and winter, and is within walking distance in approx. 12 minutes from the center of Garmisch. Unsere neu renovierte Wohnung bietet Ihnen den idealen Rückzugsort für Ihre Ferien. Diese geräumige Wohnung ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, was man für einen wundervollen Urlaub benötigt. In allen Schlafzimmern sind Fernseher (Sie können mit Ihren eigenen Zugangsdaten die Streamingdienste Netflix, Amazon ect. nutzen). Sie haben rund um die Wohnung 2 Terrassen und einen kleinen Garten. Im Haus wohnt nur noch eine einheimische Familie. Sie wohnen in einer ruhigen Wohngegend (30 km/h Zone).

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in Mitten der Allgäuer Alpen. Wir bieten den idealen Startpunkt für einen Besuch des Schloss Neuschwansteins. Naturliebhaber und Freizeitsportler kommen voll auf ihre Kosten. Die Seilbahn zum Buchenberg ist nur 150 Meter entfernt. Gaststätten und ein Supermarkt sind fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Min. zu erreichen. Seen sind bequem mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. The listed Straubingerhaus is a former farmhouse, owned by the family since 1896, and has been lovingly, modernly, and sustainably renovated in recent years. So, you will stay in a historic building without sacrificing comfort. The Straubingerhaus is located directly on Lake Forggensee, at the foot of Neuschwanstein Castle. This means that you can go hiking, cycling, or swimming in one of the 11 nearby lakes.
