New!!! Since May 23, 2025!! We have built an exclusive design suite for you with panoramic views of the Zugspitze for 2-3 people on 48 m². Here, alpine charm meets modern comforts. The open, bright interior design make the suite a perfect place to enjoy. A special highlight is the freestanding bathtub, where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Zugspitz massif. The apartment is located in the former Jagdschlössl, Ansitz Felsenheim.

The Mensarden rooms on the top floor offer a magnificent view of the Inn Valley and the city of Hall in Tyrol. All rooms are equipped with shower/WC, Lan and wifi and cable TV. I run a small hotel and the rooms are exclusively bookable via airbnb. Our great new room with a big terrace offers you a big queen size bed and a sleeping sofa for a third person. Breakfast is included and in summer you can use our pool and our hammocks on the backside of our house. Right outside your room you can find a little kitchen with a water boiler, microwave and fridge. Wifi and cable TV is included.

Private 6-bed room in hostel / Theresienwiese

The Augustin Youth and Family Hotel is open 24 hours. Not right in the city center, but by subway in two stops in the center. Arriving by car is also possible - parking is available in the underground garage for €12.00 per night. The adjacent Bavariapark with playground and the most necessary shops are all within walking distance.
