Apartment vacation rentals in Schwalbach am Taunus

A nice little apartment, well-equipped and very clean. Beware of very steep indoor stairs (problems for the elderly or people with reduced mobility). The neighboring restaurant has a terrace and veranda under the windows of the apartment (we were in apartment number 20), but fortunately, the people of Hesse go to bed early and the noise (very loud) was over around 10 p.m. Overall, the apartment is therefore highly recommended for those who have to do in Frankfurt or want to visit the Rhine Valley or the Taunus.

We arrived early after 16 hours of travel and were allowed an early check in. The kindness was appreciated. The place was clean and simply furnished. Host was helpful with our needs. We enjoyed coffee, fresh meats, fresh baked goods at stores within walking distance. We felt very safe in the area. Catholic Church is right around the corner and it is beautiful to hear bells going off during the day. There are amazing day trips to Idstein, Heidelberg, Mainz and Rudesheim.

We used the apartment as a starting point for a variety of activities. You can quickly reach Frankfurt, Bad Homburg or the Taunus. Perfectly located for us and our projects. Parking was also not a problem. The apartment is great, you have enough space and everything you need.

Silvia's place is lovely and I will definetely recommend it to others travelling through Germany. The communication was easy and very friendly. The area is beautiful and there are many hiking trails and paths.

We had a great, relaxing getaway at Oksana's place. It is wonderfully quiet in the middle of a natural paradise. Eppstein itself is also beautiful and invites you to stay longer. Communication with Oksana was always very nice and easy and, if necessary, utensils were provided. Thanks again for this!

Özlem was an incredible host. The accommodation was generously equipped, looked better than the pictures, and clean. It is one of the best accommodations I've stayed at. Özlem showed thoughtfulness and consideratiom in the setup of the accommodation and in our communications, for example there is a laminated set of instructions and recommendations of restaurants etc.

Was a great place to stay for hiking in the area. In a few minutes, you are at the outdoor pool and it was also not far to the pizzeria. The place had everything you need and left nothing to be desired.

We felt super comfortable. Arrived with 2 small children and always felt welcome during the stay. Upon arrival, the studio was completely prepared. There was even fruit and there was nothing missing. I’d rate it 4.5* but rounding up to 5: very clean, pleasant apartment in a green, peaceful area. I had a lovely morning run and we enjoyed breakfast with a great view from the balcony thanks to the good weather. Two minor points: The beds were very good, but the blankets were oddly short—even my 155cm GF found them small—and the shower was only lukewarm a few times. Communication was mixed: we locked ourselves out once 😖 but it was resolved within 10 min, which was great. However, we didn’t read the hot tub instructions beforehand (our fault), and when I messaged via the app to check if we could still use it, we got no reply. We did receive apologies afterwards—they weren’t notified of the messages, apparently. Overall, still a great stay!

We felt comfortable all around, a beautiful accommodation with plenty of space. There was everything you needed. We cooked together and then enjoyed the evening on the large balcony. A very successful short trip. From here we could take beautiful motorcycle tours. We'll be happy to come back. Best regards, Marion and friends

The hosts are super likeable! Communication was excellent and smooth. The apartment is upscale, modern, cozy and furnished with a lot of love. You have everything you need, you feel right at home. Just arrive, stow your things in the cabinets or in your desired places, put some food in the fridge and feel right at home. The highlight for connoisseurs is the bathroom with a spacious hot tub and the sauna located in the bathroom. When you get up in the morning you can hear the birds chirping and you are very close to the outskirts, where you can walk a few minutes to the Ferlder. Beautiful rapeseed fields with the Frankfurt skyline in the distance. The good infrastructure allows you to spread out in the Taunus in a few minutes, for example, to immerse yourself in various forests, hiking trails, etc. I'd love to come back, you can switch off nicely and it feels like a vacation.

It was like a piece of Tuscany in the middle of Germany. The garden with pool and hot tub as well as the view were a dream. The apartment was tastefully decorated, we found everything we needed. The owners were very friendly and were able to fulfill all our wishes. The surroundings offer plenty of peace and nature, beautiful for long walks with the dog. We felt very comfortable and would be very happy to come back!
