Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Numerous ski resorts can be reached in just a few minutes. The Lichtensteinklamm Gorge is an impressive natural spectacle that you have to see. The Eisriesenwelt in Werfen is also only a few minutes away by car or train. Hohenwerfen Castle with the bird of prey show is a must for all visitors.

Many exciting destinations, whether in summer or winter, can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Cycling and hiking trails, the family ski area Monte Popolo, as well as the cross-country ski run and winter hiking trail are in the immediate vicinity.

Durch das knistern des Holzofens und die Verarbeitung von Altholz wird ein Almfeeling geboten.

Our family-friendly house, Apartment Alpenstern, newly built in 2009, is located in Wagrain in the district of Moadörfl only 2.5 km from the Flachau highway exit. The valley station of the "ROTE 8ER" gondola lift that takes you to the Ski Amadé ski resort is only a 5-minute walk from the house with direct access to the 160 km long Tauern cross-country ski run. The ideal location in Wagrain for a vacation with the whole family.

There are numerous ski resorts nearby, such as the Gastein Valley or the Kitzsteinhorn. In summer you will find numerous opportunities to hike, climb or mountain bike and then you can refresh yourself in the natural pool or relax in our panoramic sauna overlooking the Hochkönig.
