We really enjoyed the weekend away with a group of six adults, five children and a baby. The house was spacious (more spacious than the photos in the listing think) and everything was taken care of and present to the last detail. The area is beautiful and there is much to do. We will definitely be coming back here!

We stay in the house with a family of 5 for a longer period. From the beginning, the contract with ruben is pleasant and for questions he is also always available, a good host. The house has all the comforts as described and the surroundings give a feeling of tranquility. Already with a nice stay!

Very nice house. The equipment of the house is great. A lovely sauna and lovely bathrooms. The seating in the garden is great. The only drawback, the garden is not fenced, which is a pity for a trip with a dog. There is a nice playground, a small supermarket and a restaurant in the park. The city and the castle are within walking distance. Overall, I can recommend the place without reservation.

We were with a girls' troop for a short stay of 1 night in the house. For us, the location was optimal, as there were no direct neighbors and you could also be a little louder in the evening. It only takes 5-6 minutes to get to the nearest supermarket and for breakfast in the city in the morning we also only needed 10 minutes by car. The parking in front of the house was great for us and we had enough space in the house. Already on arrival, all beds were made for us and a fresh towel was included. Communication with Gabriel was quick and hassle-free. There were minor flaws, but they didn't bother us personally. The price for the villa is of course not super cheap, but for our concern the place was perfect!

Very nice place to come down and get other thoughts. Communication was quick and super friendly at all times. I can only recommend it, especially if you want to relax.

We spent very relaxing days in the apartment! The house is super centrally located in the pedestrian zone! Everything you need is in the immediate vicinity, but still super quiet! The apartment is very cozy, the kitchen offers everything you need and the flair of a listed building is omnipresent. We have lived in the apartment with 2 people. With 4 people, it would be too small for us and the sleeping options too close.

We arrived with 16 adults and 8 children. The place is well equipped. Plenty of cutlery, plenty of play. Nienke and Tim are great host. There was also nothing to be desired for the children. Pony, goats, ping pong table, foosball, swings, painting books, board games and much more. Everything was totally clean, there are a total of 5 toilets, of which 3 are fully equipped with shower and/or tub. We would recommend the place without a doubt.

A serene pond is surrounded by lush greenery, featuring two ducks gracefully gliding across the water. Reflections of the vibrant foliage and the welcoming sign 'Villa EMG' can be seen in the calm surface, enhancing the tranquil setting.

What a nice location and we felt completely at home. Wonderful the space with 15 people, good bedrooms, nice large kitchen, which also allowed us to eat "at home". Large garden with BBQ. Bike rental at 10 minutes walking distance with beautiful cycling route through the Vennen, 10 minutes walking distance from station to visit Münster, in short we had a great time. Thank you!
