We raised our 5 children in this beautiful home. We love to share our gift of hospitality when we have the opportunity. Dayton is a short drive to Carson City, Virginia City, Lake Tahoe, Reno. It is perfect for long/short term business, family, leisure trips, or anyone just looking for a comfortable place to stay between destinations.

Place is very clean. Gina was such a lovely host and even made me a birthday cake! She made us feel right at home and the location was perfect for what we needed. Bed was extremely soft and the shower gets nice and hot. I would stay again.

Gavin’s place is like a hide away and relaxing. After 10+ hours driving you get to appreciate jacuzzi and massage chair is good motivation while driving. Thanks for being dog friendly host. Our dogs were also relaxing and had good rest.

I’ve stayed here a few times now, and I’ll keep coming back! This is the perfect stopover for me on my treks south, and when I’m coming home it’s convenient too. Close to Costco for cheap gas, and good restaurants are within walking distance (~1 mile). The bed is comfy and Evelyn is a great host!
