The '12er Residence' is the former family apartment of the '12er Huus', which was renovated in 2022-24. The apartment offers a spacious living room with fireplace, a kitchen with beverage cooler and bar counter, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Enjoy the great view and the fresh mountain air to the fullest on the terrace or relax in the garden sauna in the evening.

With a lot of love, we have transformed a former alpine hut into a small retreat for - up to 4 adults and - Up to 4 children created. We are happy to rent our house to considerate guests who appreciate this gem.
