Frank was an amazing host and was very attentive to our needs. He provided water and coffee which was really nice. He took his time to walk us through the apartment and showed us how things worked. The apartment was extremely clean and peaceful. I would recommend his place to anyone visiting the area!

I stayed here comfortably as if it were my home. And the host responded to my requests quickly and kindly. Everything was convenient, including heating, transportation to the airport, parking, internet, and transportation to nearby cities. I can't forget the warm smiles and greetings of neighbors. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

We spent one night at this great place. A kitchen, two spacious rooms, a large bathroom... and everything with details, very clean and tidy. The place is really nice and you can park without problems. The bed is very comfortable and the sofa bed is too. It's very close to Frankfurt airport and 10 minutes from a beautiful village. I highly recommend it and I hope to repeat it on another occasion for more days.

Friendly nice host who always had an open ear for questions. Parking directly at the house was worth its weight in gold. Downtown is within walking distance. Check-in/out was easy and very flexible, which was problematic with my work assignment. All in all, I can recommend the place and with the kindness of the landlord, that makes it pretty easy. Great accommodation for a city trip in Heidelberg. The tram is less than a 5-minute walk away and you can easily get to the old town. Nothing was missing and communication was extremely straightforward. We all liked it really well.

Markus received me very nicely and always responded to questions directly, helpfully and very nicely. The apartment was very clean, is well furnished with a pleasant atmosphere to feel good. In addition, it is very well equipped - had everything you need. The central location in the city center is also very good, close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. I found Markus to be a very warm host and would like to request again if the opportunity arises.

Never heard any noise. Very walkable close to grocery, bakery and tram station. Even at night very well lit surroundings making 2 women alone feel safe at all times! Apartment itself beautifully decorated to make any woman feel right at home and the cherry on top a beautiful spacious private balcony! Definitely would highly recommend to anyone trying to enjoy Mannheim

We stayed in the accommodation for the second time and felt very comfortable again. Everything is very straightforward. You have a cozy bedroom and a lounge for watching TV or eating or both. We will be happy to come back.

Dorothee was wonderful and her place was a delight to stay in. I had issues on the road and arrived late. She was more than accommodating and even helped me with dinner when she realized I wouldn't get any due to the late hour. I heavily enjoyed my time here in this peaceful residence. I only wish I stayed here longer. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We highly recommend the place. There are many things to do in the surrounding area. The apartment was perfect for the weekend as a group and we would go back. Unfortunately, the beds are a bit worn out and there are many trees between the walking path and the river so you cannot walk directly along the river in this section. But there was nothing more to complain about. With the key box it was very straightforward and the rooms and amenities in the place were great. Everything was clean. The hot tub was also a highlight. Quick accessibility if you have any questions. Value for money was also good. I'd love to come back:)
