Vacation rentals with beach access in Schouwen-Duiveland

A cozy and tidy stay! Nice big, firm bed, strong water pressure, everything we needed.

Wonderful stay on the Zeeland coast. The house is super location, at the beautiful lighthouse and within walking distance of the beach and beautiful nature in the area. The cottage also has a nice view of the shared courtyard garden. At a short distance, there are also various other possibilities. We were there for a weekend but you can easily entertain yourself there for a whole week.

The environment of the accommodation is idyllic: a shared park / garden is accessible on one level with the apartment where children can play safely. Many accesses to the beach are a 10min walk or bike and the neighborhood is peaceful and green. The apartment is simple, but very well equipped and very functional. Carina is very welcoming. We recommend without hesitation!

We had booked the place quite spontaneously. The apartment looks as described on the pictures and in the listing. Very cozy, with nice kitchen and bright dining and living area. The terrace is nice and quiet and gets sun until noon. Restaurants, jumbo market and especially the beach are great to reach in just a few minutes. We had a great time in Sint-Annaland and the beautiful apartment and can highly recommend it. The contact with Jeroen worked perfectly, responded promptly to messages.

We have been to PZ a few times before and this was the best apartment we have stayed in.

Beautiful and very comfortable apartment facing seaside with a great terrace. Peaceful and very easy to get to, secure bike storage. Our host, Milou, was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Super nice stay, everything has been thought of for us the perfect place to visit holiday friends. So nicely decorated, nicely done and feels very homely. We ourselves did not quite find the cottage park "our thing", especially the music of the horicapleon, but secretly useful to have a supermarket and some entertainment within walking distance. Kids happy, we happy! So highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable in Ralf and Claudia's accommodation. Was just as (very well) described. Very quiet location yet not far from small supermarket and restaurants. The communication with Claudia was great, responded very quickly to questions. We would come back anytime and can only recommend the accommodation!

The four of us spent a wonderful Easter weekend in the house. The house is situated in a beautiful setting and is very well equipped. Especially in the kitchen area. Everything is sufficiently available. We also know it differently. We had a very uncomplicated, trust-based stay. (There are only restrictions if you are interested in using the TV. There are only two German channels. But we didn't miss it.) We can absolutely recommend the house, including location!

The house is cozy and tastefully decorated. It is easily accessible and has a parking space right by the house. The bikes can be safely stored in the shed. By bike you can quickly reach the sea or take nice trips around the island. Terrace and garden are wonderfully spacious, surrounded by greenery and pleasantly quiet. We liked it very much and would be happy to come back.

Wonderful weekend in Zierikzee. Within walking distance of downtown. A great cottage with everything we needed: nice weather, very nice hostess, a nice kitchen and historic Zierikzee nearby!

The house and garden are fantastic. We felt right at home. The view of the lighthouse is beautiful. The beach and dunes are easily accessible. Hosts are very friendly. Two and four-legged friends are completely satisfied. We'll be happy to come back. Excellent!

We had booked at very short notice, which did not cause any problems. Everything went smoothly. The starting point of the entire facility is great. All as described. Everything necessary can be found in the equipment of the apartment. From the balcony and from the living room you have a beautiful view of the "courtyard" of the complex and the lighthouse. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. We stayed with our dog for five days and felt very comfortable. Thank you so much for the relaxing days by the sea. We recommend and will be happy to come back..

We spent 4 wonderful days in Marlien's apartment. The apartment has everything you need and we found the sinks in the bedrooms particularly practical. The beds are very comfortable, the sofa cozy and the bathroom is new and very chic. In summer you can certainly make very good use of the beautiful terrace. The location is perfect for long beach walks and a walk to the towns of Oostkapelle and Domburg is definitely worthwhile. The exchange with Marlien was friendly and prompt. We had a great time in Westkapelle! The place was very clean, well equipped and exactly as described. Especially the quiet location near the beach was perfect – you can walk to the sea in a few minutes. The communication with Steffi was super friendly and completely straightforward. Everything went smoothly. We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend the accommodation. We will be happy to come back!

very nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood, close to the marina and also the village center. Rianne is also very friendly and helpful. Her shop is also under the apartment, so always available. The only downside maybe is that the mattresses were not completely top. A little too loud to our liking. May be up to us too of course ;-)

A nice, comfortably furnished accommodation that is particularly well placed on smaller children. The landlady was always easily accessible. The location of the accommodation and the neighborhood are very quiet, you can relax wonderfully.

This place is truly magical. 🩷 My friends and I always like to book a trip/night away to celebrate Christmas. This year, it was truly special. Martin and Hilde are amazing and made us feel like home. We have also used the wellness area (which is a MUST DO), the house was magically decorated for Christmas (included toilets) and we HAD A BLAST in a premium location! Accommodation, cleaning, communication was more than 5 starts! Well done 🙌 we can’t wait to come back for summer. Thanks for this unforgettable weekend away!
