This "solo safari tent" is located in a sheltered place in the meadows surrounded by knot willows. At the bottom of an unpaved walking dike with a pond next to it. The horses and sheep come every now and then to see what you are doing, but that will not disturb your privacy. Luxury "camping" with the convenience of (green) electricity, hot and cold water, outdoor shower, good mattresses, campfire, small but complete kitchenette. This cozy farmhouse, Hof Mettenije, is located on the outskirts of a village on a quiet dike. In the middle of the fields, in peace and yet close to the sea with beautiful large sandy beaches (2.5 km). The house (about 200 m2) is suitable for large families (10 people). Optionally and if available, the adjacent guesthouse can be rented (2-4p). The house has all the comforts and is completely energy neutral.

Our hand-made forest yurt sits in a secluded old growth forest on a private estate near medieval Bruges. The yurt is 5,5 meters (18 feet) in diameter. It sleeps 4 people comfortably, with a double bed and a double pull-out couch (but can just fit up to 5 people with an extra mattress provided). There's a wood stove & kitchenette inside. Linen, towels and organic soap/shampoo are provided.
