If you are looking for relaxation, this apartment (1st floor) is the place to be. It has ample space for 2 adults (+1 additional person). The associated kitchen, bathroom and living/sleeping area are equipped with all appliances that make the stay easier. The sun can be enjoyed wonderfully on the balcony. Pets allowed (additional costs apply). The neighborhood is quiet, yet the house is centrally located. The pedestrian zone and the promenade are only a 15-minute walk away.

Magical fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Lee"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

Apartment directly on the Schlei

The apartment for one person is freshly renovated (January 2025). A spacious balcony (with awning) invites you to linger with a panoramic view of the Schlei and the folding bridge. The location is one of a kind! Right above the fishing port and yet central (5 min walk to downtown). Your private bathroom is directly opposite the apartment (2 steps across the hallway). Our house is an absolute non-smoking house (not even on the balcony!) and we do not allow pets!

Liese. Directly at the Schlei!

Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.

Experience peace and relaxation in our cozy oasis. Likewise, Kappeln and Olpenitz can be reached quickly and the surrounding area offers plenty of other excursion destinations.

First floor, private entrance, Wi-Fi, quiet but central location 10 minutes' walk to the main station, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants are within walking distance in Kirchhofallee. I offer a cozily furnished apartment for 1-2 people, approx. 25 m² with living-bedroom (bed 140 × 200) kitchenette, walk-in shower. The first set of bed linen and towels up to 2 nights per person €12.50 is to be paid upon arrival at the check-in with the landlord. From the 3rd night, the bed linens are provided free of charge.
