Charming fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Luv"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

The lovingly furnished vacation home "Smuk Have" will delight you upon arrival with its idyllic tranquility and pure nature. Enjoy your stay away from the hustle and bustle. A special highlight: an open fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large natural garden completely fenced and this also has a barbecue area. Two bedrooms, one of which is a connecting room, each with a double bed. In front of the house is a parking space. Only 1 dog allowed.

Dreamlike idyllic location, between forest, meadows and sandy beach 250 m away, the apartment completed at the beginning of 2025 with special architecture and minimalist design. If you want to listen to the sound of the sea (with an east wind), the call of a red kite (with a west wind), marvel at sunrises over the Baltic Sea (from the bedroom) and explore the beautiful landscape between Schlei and Geltinger Bay with a view of Denmark, this is the place to be.

Cozy comfortable wooden hut invites you to relax after a bike tour in beautiful nature on the Schlei. The Viking bike path goes right past the property. The cabin is equipped with electric heating and TV, in the bathroom there is an ecological toilet and a sink with hot water, to be used with ecological products. There is a solar shower outside. The listed thatched roof skate is in the center of Albersdorf. This special accommodation has everything you need for a relaxing stay in the climatic spa, with its stone age park, in the heart of Dithmarschen. The house, with about 140 m2 of living space and an antique fireplace, is available for guests for their own use. From here, you can take many excursions to the North Sea (Büsum 30 and Speichererkoog in Meldorf 20 minutes by car, ...).
