Nice generous and tastefully furnished Appartment in listed villa. The whole upper floor with separate entrance offers place for 2-8 people. 3 bedrooms with double beds. An additional sleeping couch, one double bed and one additional single bed in the large living room. Unfortunately, due to the sharp rise in energy prices, I have to charge an additional fee, which is noted under the "Cleaning" item.

They connect via the kitchenette, which in turn has no full cooking function, but has a table, a fridge, dishes & a microwave. This place has a very quiet neighbourhood, so it is for quiet groups seeking a quiet place to rest. NOT FOR GROUP PARTYING. NO LOUD MUSIC AT ANYTIME.

Helles, kleines Zimmer im EG , 140 breites bequemes Bett, Schreibtisch, Wasserkocher, Geschirr, kleiner Kühlschrank. Das Zimmer ist nicht schalldicht und nah des Eingangs. Bright small room on the ground floor, with a 140 x200 meter comfy bed,, a desk & kettle. The room is not soundproof and near the entrance.
